DeMarcus Cousins LALKneeOUT FOR THE SEASONCousins tore his ACL in the offseason and we won't see him suit up this season. Dwight Howard and JaVale McGee will pick up his minutes this season. Cousins is about to be waived by the Lakers.
Luka Doncic DALAnkleDAY TO DAYDoncic is still feeling the pain in his Ankle and missed his last game. Delon Wright , Jalen Brunson (if healthy) and Seth Curry will see more minutes and shots until he's ready to return. Tim Hardaway Jr. picks up more shots.
Kyrie Irving BKNShoulderOUT FOR THE SEASONIrving's season is over after having Shoulder surgery. Spencer Dinwiddie will see more time running the point and Joe Harris and Caris LeVert 's usage will go up.
Karl-Anthony Towns MINWrist2-3 WeeksDon't be surprised if this timetable gets backed up a bit, but Towns will miss at least the next few weeks with a fractured Wrist. Naz Reid will be the main fill in option. Juancho Hernangomez and James Johnson will benefit.
Damian Lillard PORGroin1-2 WeeksLillard can potentially beat a two-week timetable if he doesn't have a set back but Groin injuries can be tricky. CJ McCollum becomes the top scoring option and Anfernee Simons and Gary Trent Jr. will run the point more.
Jusuf Nurkic PORLegs4-7 WeeksNurkic recently had a set-back and it's now looking like he won't come back until the tail end of the season, if at all. Hassan Whiteside will start in his place and Caleb Swanigan will pick up minutes.
Clint Capela ATLHeel1-3 WeeksCapela is still dealing with a sore Heel and we won't see him make his Hawks debut for at least a few more games. Dewayne Dedmon and Damian Jones will see more minutes.
Ben Simmons PHIBackNo TimetableWe are awaiting MRI results but Simmons could be looking at a few weeks on the shelf at least and Shake Milton and Alec Burks will see a bump in minutes. Tobias Harris should be able to slash more to the rim.
Paul George LACHamstringDAY TO DAYGeorge missed his last game with an inuured Hamstring and his status for Monday's game is uncertain at this point but this Hamstring pain just continues to follow him around. Marcus Morris will see more shots and minutes.

Richaun Holmes SACShoulder1-2 WeeksHolmes is getting closer to returning, but this Shoulder pain hasn't gone away and just when we think he's ready to come back, a set back occurs. Harrison Barnes and Nemanja Bjelica will help fill the void. 
Wendell Carter Jr.CHIAnkleDAY TO DAYCarter is getting closer to returning but he continues to get ruled out of games. Thaddeus Young and Daniel Gafford will see more minutes as well.

Zach Collins PORShoulder 2-4 Weeks Collins timetable has him returning in mid-March. We haven't been given too many details. Carmelo Anthony and Trevor Ariza will fill the void. Nassir Little will see more love in the rotation as well. 
Justise Winslow MEMBackNo TimetableWinslow is still bothered by his Back and we don't know when we'll see him debut with the Grizzlies. De'Anthony Melton and Kyle Anderson will see more minutes.

Kris Dunn CHIKnee 4-6 WeeksWhile Dunn is out, Shaq Harrison and Denzel Valentine (if healthy) and Ryan Arcidiacono could see a minor bump in minutes as well.
Jalen Brunson DALShoulderDAY TO DAYWe have to wait and see MRI results for Brunson's injured Shoulder, but if he has to miss multiple games, Seth Curry , Delon Wright and J.J. Barea will see more minutes.
Chandler Hutchison CHIShoulderNo TimetableHutchison is injury-prone and we don't know when we'll see him take the court again and Shaq Harrison will see more minutes. The Bulls are so desperate they've needed Ryan Arcidiacono to fill in at SF.
Robert Williams BOSHip1-2 WeeksWilliams is dealing with an injured Hip and he'll miss another week or two. Daniel Theis and Enes Kanter will help fill the void.

Dewan Hernandez TORFootNo TimetableHernandez has a Foot injury and the Raptors are currently out a lot of big men so it's hard to tell when we'll see Hernandez get any action on court with this injury.
