Howard Bender

Howard Bender is a longtime veteran of the fantasy sports industry and the 2008 runner-up for People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive. He serves as the Head of Content for Fantasy Alarm, as a weekly columnist for the New York Post and is the host of the FSGA and FSWA award-winning Fantasy Alarm Show on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio (M-F 6-8pm ET, Sun. 10-11am ET). Jim Bowden

Jim Bowden is a former Major League Baseball executive and current media analyst, known for his tenure as general manager (GM) of the Cincinnati Reds and the Washington Nationals. Bowden began his MLB career in the Pittsburgh Pirates’ front office before joining the Cincinnati Reds in 1990. In 1992, at age 31, he became the youngest GM in MLB history. He was named MLB Executive of the Year by Baseball America in 1999. Following his executive career, Bowden transitioned into media where today he is serving as a baseball analyst and insider for CBS Sports HQ, the Athletic, MLB Network Radio and SiriusXM Radio, He has been co-hosting the Fantasy Alarm Show with Howard Bender since 2017.
Andrew Cooper

Andrew Cooper is the Lead NFL Analyst at Fantasy Alarm. He's a co-host of the weekly Fantasy Alarm show on Sirius XM as well as Fantasy Alarm Gameday on NFL Sunday mornings. In his six years at Fantasy Alarm, he's been a finalist for six FSWA Awards, winning three for Football Writer of the Year, Article of the Year, and Radio Show of the Year. Jonathan Impemba
Jonathan Impemba has been with Fantasy Alarm since 2012 and is currently the Sr. Manager of Operations and Content for the Alarm Sports Network. He provides both Seasonal and DFS content for Football, Basketball and Baseball. He's the winner of the 2022 FSGA Fantasy Football Experts League Best Ball Championship. James Grande
James Grande has been working for Fantasy Alarm for 7 years now. He started on the news/notes team & has worked his way up to Manager of Data Services. He covers NBA, MLB, & NFL for seasonal and DFS & is the co-host the DFS Alarm NBA podcast. He loves watching combat sports, especially boxing.

Colby Conway

Colby Conway has been writing fantasy baseball and fantasy football content for Fantasy Alarm since 2014. His favorite sports teams are the Houston Texans and Pittsburgh Pirates. Jacob joined Fantasy Alarm in 2025 as the lead PGA Analyst after years of success gambling and playing DFS. He spent the last 5 years creating content in the fantasy football and baseball spaces, and continues to hone his approach in player projection and modeling. He himself is an avid golfer as a single digit handicap, former baseball player who still enjoys slowpitch softball, is a lover of dogs with 4 of his own that he shares with his wife Jessica.
Ivar Anderson

I have actively played fantasy sports since 2004, when I was roped into competing in an auto-pick football league on Yahoo. My devotion and number of teams has continued to grow to the present day. I began writing about fantasy sports for FantasyGameday in 2008, and was recruited to join the FantasyAlarm team in 2011, where I have contributed Starting Pitching information on the baseball side of things and IDP material during the football season.
Joe Gallina
Joe Gallina joined Fantasy Alarm in 2019 and currently covers fantasy baseball and football as a Staff Writer. Joe has been working in the fantasy sports industry for over seven years. He is a former Associated Press syndicated columnist whose work has been featured in the NY Daily News, the Washington Post, Yahoo! Sports and in the USA Today. Joe has also hosted several fantasy sports related podcasts and radio shows throughout his career. He’s an avid New York Yankees and New York Giants fan, and collects vintage toys in his spare time.
Kevin Tompkins

Kevin Tompkins has been writing fantasy football content for Fantasy Alarm since 2022 and represents one of the few true ideological Zero RB drafters remaining. He’s played fantasy football since 2000, has been an FSWA member since 2021, and won the King’s Classic Auction League in 2022. Known as somebody who will “MacGyver a running back room out of nothing”, it’s rumored that Kevin’s first words as a child were “yards per route run.”
Josh Wagner
