Paul George played through an illness for a game-high 37 points on Friday, making 14-of-29 shots with four 3-pointers, nine rebounds, six assists, two blocks and one steal.
PG has now scored 30+ points in five straight games, tying the longest streak of his career. Kawhi Leonard's recent absence has boosted his role and he's been fantastic lately, playing through a chronic right toe issue to amass April averages of 28.3 points, 5.8 boards, 5.5 dimes and 1.3 steals. His shooting splits have also been ridiculous with 50.9% field goals, 53.7% three-pointers and 96.8% free throws, propelling him to early-round value in category leagues. Apr 16 10:25 pm (EST)
