The final game of the Wild Card Series is here as the Philadelphia Phillies and the Atlanta Braves battle to see who advances to the Division Series. Aaron Nola takes the ball for Philadelphia while the Braves are likely going with a opener and Grant Holmes as a bulk guy. I worry about using Aaron Nola in my MLB DFS Showdown lineups because he's starting, but in an elimination game it's going to be the first sight of trouble and Zack Wheeler and Jesus Luzardo are going to be warming up. Nola is working on normal rest unlike Wheeler and Luzardo, for what that's worth. I'd look at Wheeler as good as an option as Nola.

Grant Holmes, Atlanta Braves

It hasn't been announced if Grant Holmes is starting or pitching as the long man, but it seems to be trending towards the latter. That's scary and like Nola, the first sign of trouble and the Braves will have multiple arms up in the bullpen. I'd rather go all bats than using pitchers today.

Bryce Harper, OF (Phillies)

This is a fantastic spot for lefties on Philadelphia with Grant Holmes taking the mound for multiple innings. Harper has crushed righties with a .287 ISO and .424 wOBA and Holmes has been lucky vs. LHH with a .197 xISO and .350 xwOBA.

Kyle Schwarber, OF (Phillies)

Ronald Acuna, OF (Braves)

Drake Baldwin, C (Braves)

It's been a fantastic second half of the season for Drake Baldwin and he crushes right-handed pitching. He'll get as many at-bats as anyone else for Atlanta because he'll be hitting likely 1st or 2nd in this game. He had an .853 OPS in the second half.
