Richaun Holmes scored 19 points and hauled in 17 rebounds (six offensive) vs. the Pistons on Friday, adding two blocks and one assist in 33 minutes.
Holmes was one rebound shy of his career high, and he was incredibly efficient with 6-of-8 field goals and 7-of-7 free throws. The Kings played without Hassan Whiteside (health and safety protocols) for the third straight game, which helped Holmes match his highest playing time of the month -- hopefully coach Luke Walton leans on him more, with or without Whiteside in the lineup. His efforts helped the Kings snap a nine-game losing streak, and offered a vivid reminder of why Holmes is returning top-50 value in 9-cat leagues. Among other positive qualities, he's sixth in the league in field goal percentage at 65.5% on 8.4 attempts. Feb 26 11:18 pm (EST)
