2022 Player Outlook

Through the first five games of the 2021 season, Ezekiel Elliott was on fire, averaging 5.08 yards per carry, and he found the end zone five times within that span. His numbers dwindled the remainder of the year, but we found out during the off-season that Zeke played with a partially torn PCL from Week 4 on. With backup running back Tony Pollard reportedly taking snaps out of the slot for the upcoming season, Zeke has relatively full control over the Dallas backfield. His fantasy points per game may be declining, but he should still factor in as one of the most consistent week-to-week options at the running back position.
