The #6 seeds in both conferences came away victorious on Wild Card Weekend, which means that Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills have yet another road playoff game. This time, it comes against the #1-seeded Denver Broncos, which sets us up for an amazing game on Saturday. Therefore, we’ve got you covered with our best Bills vs. Broncos predictions.
We’ve also got you covered with more than just Bills vs. Broncos picks for the Divisional Round - we’ve broken down a guaranteed Kalshi promo code bonus for fans in ALL 50 STATES!
Bills vs. Broncos Predictions for NFL Divisional Round, 1/17
What some fans may not remember is that this is actually a rematch from last year’s postseason! We say that because while Bills vs. Broncos predictions were made, it wasn’t much of a game - Buffalo handled Denver, 31-7. Well, the tables have certainly turned in terms of overall regular-season success.
That said, it certainly isn’t as if the Broncos seem flawless, hence why the Bills vs. Broncos odds suggest a toss-up. This also isn’t the best matchup for them. When it comes to Buffalo’s weakness, it’s the ability to stop opponents when they’re on defense. However, the Broncos are known for their stout defense, NOT their offense.
Therefore, you’re sure to see plenty of NFL best bets for Divisional Sunday supporting Josh Allen and company, as Denver doesn’t have the explosive offense that can exploit Buffalo’s weak spot. This also feels like Josh Allen’s year, AND he came through with multiple of our NFL expert picks last weekend!
As much as we appreciated that, we’ve actually got a best bet from our Bills vs. Broncos predictions that isn’t going to require us sweating out a winner and is going to focus on a different player as well.

Bills vs. Broncos Best Bet: James Cook Anytime TDÂ (Use Kalshi To Make Picks On Anything)
Given our target here, the Bills advancing to the AFC Championship Game wouldn’t surprise us in the least. However, you may still be surprised with our pick, given how much hype there is surrounding the Denver defense. While that is certainly warranted, they have proven better against the pass compared to the run.
From a pure yardage standpoint, they’re great against both, but in terms of defensive EPA per play, the story changes. That’s why we’re confident in our Bills vs. Broncos predictions, and after all, their back end is stronger on paper as it is with reigning Defensive Player of the Year Pat Surtain leading it.
We won’t harp on it too much since Denver is such a different team this year, but in last year’s Wild Card Round, James Cook absolutely torched them with 120 yards and a TD. Buffalo also gave him 23 carries in that game, and after being forced to deal with the best run defense this past weekend, he should be hungry for at least that many.
We also need to keep in mind that Ty Johnson is injured, only increasing Cook’s receiving workload. No matter if it’s on the ground or through the air, we’ve got James Cook to score an anytime TD (submit contracts on ANYTHING at Kalshi) as the best bet from our Bills vs. Broncos predictions.
