Puka Nacua and Chris Olave sit atop my NFL DFS WR rankings for Week 6, but when factoring in price points, neither is my top DFS play of the week! A particular NFC South wide receiver holds that crown for the Week 6 NFL DFS slate! There’s a lot to sort through, but don’t worry, we got you covered here at Fantasy Alarm! Not only will you get my top NFL DFS WR picks for Week 6, but I’ll also cover my top fade of the week and some intriguing DFS stacks, including a contrarian stack if you want to zig where others zag. Without further ado, let’s dive into the NFL DFS WR Coach for Week 6!
NFL DFS Week 6 WR Picks
Malik Nabers, New York Giants - DraftKings: $6,500 | FanDuel: $7,800
In three Jameis Winston starts, Nabers has a 30.5% target share, 2.44 yards per route run, 37% air yards share, and 19.9 fantasy points per game, per FantasyPoints Data. The passing game has run through Nabers and Isaiah Likely, and then everyone else fights for the scraps. Just under three-fourths of his routes with Winston have come on the perimeter, and the Saints have allowed the fifth-highest fantasy points per opportunity (2.01) to outside receivers on the year, per FantasyPoints.
Denzel Boston, Cleveland Browns - DraftKings: $5,500 | FanDuel: $5,900
Through five weeks, Boston is tied for the team lead in target share (18.2%), and leads the Cleveland WRs/TEs in yards per route run (2.10), average depth of target (16.44), and air yards share (46.3%), per FantasyPoints Data. His 18.2% target share is tied with fellow rookie KC Concepcion, who could potentially miss this game. The Ravens have allowed an explosive pass rate just above the league average, and if there’s anything we know from Boston’s first five weeks in the NFL, it’s that he’s a big play waiting to happen (20.6 yards per reception).
Kendrick Bourne, Arizona Cardinals - DraftKings: $4,000 | FanDuel: $5,300
Bourne is likely to be the Arizona wide receiver I’m after in DFS lineups for Week 6. He’s already had a notable game on the year, but now he moves up the totem pole for targets (in theory) after the trade of Marvin Harrison Jr. In Week 5, he caught five of seven targets for 70 yards, operating as the primary slot receiver. The Rams have allowed four TDs and a 102.9 passer rating when targeting the slot, and they’ve allowed the 12th-most fantasy points per game to slot receivers on the year, per FantasyPoints Data.
Best NFL DFS WR Values for Week 5
Best DraftKings WR Value: Wan’Dale Robinson, Tennessee Titans - DraftKings: $4,500 | FanDuel: $5,400
The ceiling may not be very high for Robinson with Cam Ward as his quarterback, but Indy is a slot funnel, and Robinson will have the best matchup on the field. The Colts have allowed the third-most fantasy points per target to the slot, and the seventh-most fantasy points per game to slot receivers, per FantasyPoints Data. With DraftKings’ PPR scoring, Robinson’s matchup in a game where Tennessee will most surely be playing from behind is appealing from a salary perspective.
Best FanDuel WR Value: Germie Bernard, Pittsburgh Steelers - DraftKings: $4,000 | FanDuel: $5,100
In Week 5, with no Michael Pittman and Roman Wilson, Bernard was second on the team in route participation rate (78.8%), and he led the team in targets (8) and air yards (57), per FantasyPoints Data. In that game, he caught six of eight targets for 80 yards, good for 3.08 yards per route run and a 106.3 passer rating when targeted. Just under two-thirds of his routes came from in the slot, and for the year, he’s been an above-average separator out of the slot, not to mention 1.97 yards per route run from the slot, per FantasyPoints Data. The Bucs haven’t been overly friendly to slot receivers, but Bernard’s 2.13 yards per route run against zone lines up well against Tampa Bay’s zone-heavy scheme, per FantasyPoints Data.
Best NFL DFS WR Stacks for Week 6
Best QB/WR Stack
Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints - DraftKings: $7,600 | FanDuel: $8,200
Stack with:
- Tyler Shough, New Orleans Saints - DraftKings: $5,600 | FanDuel: $7,500
Yes, Shough stunk up the joint against the Vikings in Week 5, logging just 96 passing yards on 25 attempts. However, prior to that, he was very, very solid for fantasy purposes, so if ownership is down on him after one bad week, we’ll scoop in here! The Giants have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points per game to outside receivers, per FantasyPoints Data, not to mention the seventh-highest fantasy points per opportunity. Olave is so, so good, and if the Giants continue to play man defense at one of the higher rates in the NFL, expect another big day for Olave, who will be a matchup problem for New York’s secondary. As for Shough, the Giants have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks, and the fourth-highest YPC on scrambles, per FantasyPoints Data.
Best WR/WR Stack
Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams - DraftKings: $8,100 | FanDuel: $9,000
Stack with:
- Davante Adams, Los Angeles Rams - DraftKings: $6,600 | FanDuel: $7,200
This is probably the chalkiest WR/WR stack on the board, given that Arizona has allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wide receivers, and the league’s highest fantasy points per opportunity, per FantasyPoints Data. Nacua has been a thorn in the Cardinals’ side in recent matchups. Over his last three games against Arizona, Nacua is averaging nine receptions for 124 yards and one receiving touchdown per game.
Adams is a menace in the red zone, and this is a game where L.A. can pad Matthew Stafford’s stats a bit. Don’t be surprised if Stafford throws for 4 TDs, with Adams getting two of them, and Nacua adding one or two on top of 100+ yards.
Best Contrarian Stack
Jalen Coker, Carolina Panthers - DraftKings: $5,900 | FanDuel: $6,000
Stack with:
- Bryce Young, Carolina Panthers - DraftKings: $5,700 | FanDuel: $7,600
Jalen Coker has been an above-average separator out of the slot, and he has a 1.94 yards per route run mark on the year out of the slot, per FantasyPoints Data. The Eagles have also allowed the most fantasy points per game to slot receivers on the year, and in the three games he’s played, Coker has averaged six receptions per game while posting 2.61 yards per route run, 0.26 targets per route run, and over 17 fantasy points per game, per FantasyPoints. Oh, and through the first three weeks, when both Coker and Tetairoa McMillan were on the field, it was Coker with the higher target share, yards per route run, catch rate, and red zone targets, per FantasyPoints.
To get really contrarian, what about a Carolina stack with Bryce Young, Coker, AND Tetairoa McMillan? I don’t hate it!
NFL DFS WR Fade for Week 6
Michael Wilson, Arizona Cardinals - DraftKings: $6,700 | FanDuel: $6,400
Despite Marvin Harrison being traded to the Houston Texans, I’m fading Wilson in DFS this week. It’s a good game environment for passing volume on the Arizona side, given that they will be playing from behind against the Rams, but he should see a bunch of Trent McDuffie, which isn’t ideal. McDuffie has allowed just 3.27 yards per target and a 34.7 passer rating when targeted, per FantasyPoints Data.
In his first game in the post-MHJ era, Wilson saw a season-high average depth of target (aDOT), and his second-lowest slot route rate on the year. In this matchup, fewer routes out of the slot means more of a likelihood he lines up across from McDuffie, and targets further downfield doesn’t lean into Jacoby Brissett’s strengths well. Brissett has been solid in the intermediate game (120.1 passer rating on throws of 10-19 yards), but he has as many interceptions (3) as completions (3) with a 9.0 passer rating on throws 20+ yards downfield, per FantasyPoints Data.
NFL DFS Week 6 WR Play of the Week
Drake London, Atlanta Falcons - DraftKings: $7,000 | FanDuel: $7,600
So long as Michael Penix is under center for Atlanta, London deserves DFS consideration. London has put up 14+ fantasy points (PPR) in each of Penix’s three starts, and since the start of the 2025 season, London averages just under 20 fantasy points (PPR) per game with Penix. Furthermore, in 12 games with Michael Penix since the start of 2025, Penix has 3.39 yards per route run, a 30.5% target share, and an average of 101.5 receiving yards per game, per FantasyPoints Data. The Bears have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points per game to outside wideouts on the year, per FantasyPoints Data, not to mention the league’s highest fantasy points per opportunity.
DraftKings vs. FanDuel WR Picks for Week 6
Between FanDuel and DraftKings, here are a few of the more notable pricing/ranking discrepancies on the two sites. Two of the more notable discrepancies that really jumped out to me were with Tetairoa McMillan and Malik Nabers. McMillan is barely inside the top 10 on FanDuel, yet he’s the third-highest priced wideout on DraftKings. On the other hand, FanDuel has Malik Nabers as the third-highest-priced wideout, and on DraftKings, he comes in at #10! Quite the discrepancy there. Luther Burden is a better value on FanDuel, per the pricing, and if you like Xavier Worthy to step up as the WR1 with Tyquan Thornton out and Rashee Rice possibly out/limited, you’ll like the value more on DraftKings.
