The 2025-26 NBA season is in full swing, and Sunday's slate features a loaded lineup of early-season action across the Association. With nine games on tap, including intriguing Eastern Conference clashes like the New York Knicks visiting the Miami Heat. As well as the Detroit Pistons hosting the Boston Celtics, there are plenty of opportunities to cash in on best bets.

We have not had a “sweep” against this season, but the plan is for that to happen with exclusively player props. Today we look at the most reliable betting statistic, one that has been kind to us in the past. Today we look at rebounds.

Brooklyn Nets vs San Antonio Spurs Prediction: Sunday 10/26

Game Time: 2:00 PM ET | TV: Local | Location: Frost Bank Center | Odds: Spurs -11.5 | O/U 227.5

Prediction: Michael Porter Under 5.5 Rebounds (+112 FanDuel Sportsbook)

The Brooklyn Nets travel to “River City” to take on the first place San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs are playing great, and it starts with Victor Wembanyama. He has been a walking highlight reel to begin the season; crossovers, threes, blocks, reverse jams, and several rebounds.

This is the first early afternoon game of the season, and the expectation is for it to cause several unders to be successful. Including Michael Porter’s rebounds. Brooklyn is still seeking its first win, and has a -13.0 point differential. Playing on the road and against the best team in the Western Conference is not an ideal place to find a win. Let’s not forget, it’s San Antonio’s first home game this season.

Porter Jr. has one game with 8 rebounds and one game with 4 rebounds. He played 36 minutes in the match he earned 8, and 25 in the match he recorded 4. The Spurs as a whole are rebounding well, but Wembanyama and Luke Kornet are averaging 21 combined rebounds per game. They will be able to block out Porter Jr. with relative ease.

Porter has attempted 17 threes this season, look for him to hang out around the arc offensively. That should limit his rebounding opportunities against a good rebounding team. Put a unit on the plus odds, best bet.

Boston Celtics vs Detroit Pistons Prediction: Sunday, 10/26

Game Time: 3:30 PM ET | TV: Local | Location: Little Caesars Arena | Odds: Pistons -3.5  | O/U 228.5

Prediction: Jalen Duren Under 10.5 Rebounds (-125 FanDuel Sportsbook)

The Boston Celtics are the worst team in the Eastern Conference. Not only do they have a 0-2 record, they average the least amount of points 105.5 in the conference as well. Second only to the Dallas Mavericks. Thus they expected to lose to the up-and-coming Detroit Pistons

Both of these teams are lacking a great center, for the Celtics it’s Neemias Queta who is averaging 7.5 rebounds per game. Jalen Duren is the Pistons starting center, but was ejected in their most recent game. He elbowed his teammate’s twin brother in the face, but to his credit it did not look intentional. However he only played 12 minutes, and he has a combined 12 rebounds this season.

The Celtics do not have a true center, but a deep front court bench. Duren has yet to play over 20 minutes this season, and back ups Isaiah Stewart/Paul Reed have played more to begin the season. Teammates Cade Cunningham, Tobias Harris, and Asur Thompson are fantastic rebounders, and will also take away Duren’s opportunities. HIs teammates are a significant reason why the under is the best bet, and it should clear with ease.

NBA Prop Bets Today, 10/26

Jarrett Allen Under 9.5 Rebounds (-129 DraftKings Sportsbook)

The Cleveland Cavaliers host their division rival, the Milwaukee Bucks. Both of these teams average over 120 points per game, but the Bucks look much better. That is because Giannis Antetokounmpo is on a mission to be the first team with three brothers to win a championship… together. They each have been part of a championship team.

Allen looks less involved this season than he did last season. He’s averaging just 5.5 rebounds, and will have difficulty with Myles Turner, Antetokounmpo, and Bobby Portis. Put a unit on this best bet.

Brandon Ingram Over 5.5 Rebounds (-104 on DraftKings Sportsbook)

Brandon Ingram is a great fit for his new team and coach. The Toronto Raptors are 1-1 this season, and averaging 127.0 points per game. Ingram is averaging 32 minutes, 22.5 points, and 7.5 rebounds. He’s playing with “pep in his step”, and is a strong rebounding presence for the Raptors.

Look for Ingram to keep rebounding well against the Dallas Mavericks. Put a unit on the only over rebounding prop today.
