Marc-Andre Fleury knows he is poised to be the backup goaltender for Vegas next season.
"I don't have a lot of years left ahead of me. I know that Lehner is their goalie," Fleury told Le Journal de Montreal. "They placed their trust in Lehner. I don't think I'll be able to regain the starter job, but I will nevertheless compete to win it back." He is glad to be staying with the Golden Knights, though, and has been very supportive of Robin Lehner. Fleury also knows he will probably see his fair share of starts in 2020-21 in what is expected to be a condensed schedule. Oct 16 5:59 pm (EST)
