When Joe Burrow was healthy in 2025, he was an absolute monster. He threw for 17 touchdowns against just five interceptions for 1,809 yards across those eight starts. The problem? A toe injury wiped out more than half his season and left fantasy managers frustrated once again. Cincinnati kept the band together with Zac Taylor and the core roster, so at least the situation is stable heading into 2026.
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Here is the thing about Burrow: his ceiling might be the highest of any quarterback on this entire list. Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are the best one-two punch in the NFL, and when this guy is healthy he operates at an elite level. The 6.6% career touchdown rate is absurd. But we have to be honest about the injury history. Two of the last three seasons have ended early for him, and that is not a small sample fluke anymore. If you draft Burrow in the sixth round and he plays all 17 games, you might win your league. If he goes down in November again, you are in trouble. Boom-or-bust from round six.
