NFL DFS Week 10 WR Coach for Fanduel & DraftKings Fantasy
The NFL trade deadline has come and gone, and some players shifting teams will create some value in the weeks ahead. For this week, however, minimal value is to be had, aside from maybe Chris Olave getting even more targets in New Orleans. It will take a little bit for Jakobi Meyers to get familiar with the Jacksonville playbook, but Rashid Shaheed is intriguing, since he should have a good idea of what Klint Kubiak is looking to do. We’ll need to keep an eye on some injury reports around the league, namely the Houston Texans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Washington Commanders.
After sifting through the data and crunching the numbers, I’ve identified my favorite plays at the position this week, and there should be a receiver or two at every price point to give you plenty of options when building your NFL DFS lineups this week, headlined by none other than Jaxon Smith-Njigba of the Seattle Seahawks.
NFL Week 10 Wide Receivers
Quick notes on the slate:
- 5 games with a total of at least 47 points
- Highest projected ownership on DraftKings: Jaxon Smith-Njigba (22.90%), Zay Flowers (22.60%), Puka Nacua (21.60%), Amon-Ra St. Brown (17.20%), Emeka Egbuka (15.90%)
- Highest projected ownership on FanDuel: Jaxon Smith-Njigba (24.40%), Stefon Diggs (18.70%), Amon-Ra St. Brown (17.80%), Puka Nacua (17.00%), Zay Flowers (16.90%), Wan'Dale Robinson (15.50%)
- Highest implied team totals: Bills (29.01), Lions (27.79), Rams (26.73), Ravens (26.05), Seahawks (25.45), Bears (24.80)
This is a living, breathing resource, and it will be updated as the week goes on, based on injury news, practice reports, etc. By Sunday, you may see some players removed who were earlier featured, or perhaps some players added as we approach Sunday kickoff.

NFL DFS WR Top Tier Picks for Week 10
Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams - DraftKings: $8,700 | FanDuel: $9,900
We’ll need to keep an eye on his status throughout the week, but assuming he’s healthy and out there, I love his outlook in this matchup. Nacua lines up all over the field, but out of the slot this season, he has a 3.49 yards per route run and 3.1 yards per target over expectation, per FantasyPoints. Matthew Stafford went 7-for-8 for 86 yards back in Week 5 when targeting Upton Stout, San Fran’s primary slot corner, and I’d expect a similar game plan this go around. Since coming into the league, here is what Nacua has done against the 49ers:
| Â | Targets | Receptions | Receiving Yards | Touchdowns |
| 2023 Week 2 | 20 | 15 | 147 | 0 |
| 2023 Week 18 | 6 | 4 | 41 | 1 |
| 2024 Week 15 | 8 | 7 | 97 | 0 |
| 2025 Week 5 | 12 | 10 | 85 | 1 |
Â
Davante Adams is in a fine spot, too, though San Fran has been more vulnerable in the slot than out wide, and Adams doesn’t travel into the slot too often (14.6%).
Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions - DraftKings: $8.400 | FanDuel: $9,300
The Commanders have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this year, and particularly against slot receivers, they’ve allowed the third-most fantasy points per game! No cornerback (or safety) has allowed more yards in slot coverage than Mike Sainristil, and the second-year corner has allowed 1.78 yards per coverage snap and 78% percent of his targets to be caught, per Pro Football Focus (PFF). Out of the slot, St. Brown has caught 89.7 percent of his targets, scored five touchdowns, and posted 2.77 yards per route run, per PFF.
Zay Flowers, Baltimore Ravens - DraftKings: $5,900 | FanDuel: $7,10
The Vikings have allowed the most yards per route run on the perimeter this season, and in the four games Lamar Jackson has played 90+ percent of the snaps, Flowers has held a 27.3% target share, 2.71 yards per route run, and 32.4% first read rate, per FantasyPoints. Following the aforementioned parameters, when lined up out wide, he has a 12.1 aDOT, 2.75 yards per route run, and 131.2 passer rating when targeted! I like the matchup on the perimeter, but when he does go into the slot, Josh Metellus has allowed four receiving touchdowns on seven receptions in slot coverage over the last four weeks, per PFF.

NFL DFS WR Mid-Tier Picks for NFL Week 10
Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers - DraftKings: $5,700 | FanDuel: $6,800
11/7 UPDATE: McMillan is ACTIVE.
11/7 UPDATE: McMillan popped up with a hamstring injury. Never ideal for that to come up near week's end, so we'll have to monitor this closely.
McMillan hasn’t found the end zone in three weeks, but he’s averaged seven targets and 59.3 yards per game during that span. The Saints play a ton of single-high safety looks, and McMillan has posted 0.26 targets per route run and 1.96 yards per route run, per FantasyPoints. He primarily lines up out wide, and the Saints have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to perimeter receivers this season! Good spot here for McMillan to record his third (and maybe fourth) receiving touchdown of his rookie campaign.
Wan’Dale Robinson, New York Giants - DraftKings: $5,300 | FanDuel: $6,000
With Kyler Gordon on the shelf, the Bears will continue to struggle in slot coverage. This season, the Bears have allowed the fifth-most yards per game to the slot, and the second-most fantasy points per game to slot receivers, per FantasyPoints. Robinson continues to be targeted at a very high clip, and when lined up in the slot this season, he’s handled a 27.1% target share, 1.84 yards per route run, and 33.3% first read rate, per FantasyPoints. Chicago likes to deploy two-high safeties, and Robinson has posted 0.24 targets per route run and 1.84 yards per route run this season against this look, per FantasyPoints.
Stefon Diggs, New England Patriots - DraftKings: $5,800 | FanDuel: $6,200
Despite underwhelming reception and yardage totals the last two weeks, he’s managed to find the end zone in both games, continuing his success in the red zone this season (team-high seven receptions and nine targets). The Bucs play two-high safeties at a top-10 clip in the NFL this season, and Diggs has a team-best 0.28 targets per route run against this look, not to mention 1.99 yards per route run. Furthermore, against Cover 3 and Cover 4, something Tampa Bay combines to run over half of the time, Diggs has posted 2.40 yards per route run and a 131.3 passer rating when targeted. Good game environment here for Diggs against a Bucs defense that has the sixth-highest pass rate over expectation against, per FantasyPoints.
Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints - DraftKings: $6,200 | FanDuel: $6,900
Olave leads the New Orleans’ receivers with 55 receptions and 83 targets on the year. Following the Rashid Shaheed trade, the next closest wide receiver is Brandin Cooks at 19 receptions and 25 targets! HE’S THE ONLY WIDE RECEIVER IN TOWN! Sure, maybe we get more Devaughn Vele, but this week, it’s going to be the Olave show in a game where New Orleans is nearly a touchdown underdog. Olave is no stranger to the slot, and the Panthers have allowed the seventh-most yards per route run to the slot this season. His overall upside is capped with Tyler Shough under center, but targets should be highly concentrated in this one, with Olave being the leader in the clubhouse. For what it’s worth, Olave had a healthy 2.59 yards per route run with Shough in Week 9, albeit just three targets and 57 receiving yards.

NFL Week 10 DFS WR Value Picks
Parker Washington, Jacksonville Jaguars - DraftKings: $4,700 | FanDuel: $5,600
11/7 UPDATE: Brian Thomas was ruled OUT for this game against Houston. Also, Jalen Pitre was ruled OUT for Houston.
With no Travis Hunter in Week 9, Washington commanded a 26.5% target share, 34.6% first read rate, and 2.90 yards per route run, per FantasyPoints. Houston is a tough matchup for opposing wide receivers, but Jalen Pitre isn’t exactly a shutdown corner, though he’s been better this season than in past years. Jacksonville did trade for Jakobi Meyers, but there will be an adjustment period for him, so I believe you can still deploy Washington with confidence, especially with Brian Thomas dealing with a low-grade high ankle sprain.
Jauan Jennings, San Francisco 49ers - DraftKings: $4,600| FanDuel: $6,300
Points are going to be scored in this game, I believe, and Vegas thinks so as well, as the O/U is just below 50 points. Jennings missed the game earlier this year between the two teams, but over the last three weeks, Jennings has had a 23.2% target share, 0.26 targets per route run, and 35.8% first read rate, per FantasyPoints. The Rams play a lot of single-high safety looks, and Jennings has nearly 11 yards per reception and a 23.2% target share against this look, per FantasyPoints.
Tez Johnson, Tampa Bay Bucs - DraftKings: $4,500 | FanDuel: $5,800
The Falcons scored two touchdowns on New England’s slot corner Marcus Jones last week, so could the Bucs look to attack them in a similar way? Christian Gonzalez is a solid corner, and aside from three touchdowns allowed in slot coverage, Jones has some respectable numbers this season, per PFF. In the two games prior to the team’s bye in Week 9, Tez Johnson had a 17.6% target share and 117.8 passer rating when targeted, per FantasyPoints. Furthermore, in those two games out of the slot, he posted 1.93 yards per route run and 0.107 first downs per route run, per FantasyPoints. For a frame of reference, that first downs per route run mark is higher than the season totals for Rome Odunze (0.106), DeVonta Smith (0.101), and CeeDee Lamb (0.097).
Olamide Zaccheaus, Chicago Bears - DraftKings: $3,600 | FanDuel: $5,500
11/7 UPDATE: Burden should be ready to roll, but he's yet to usurp Zaccheaus on the depth chart, so we ride with Zaccheaus.
You know how much I love my slot receivers against the Giants! Andru Phillips has allowed the second-most yards in slot coverage this season, and over the last four weeks, he’s allowed a 113.4 passer rating when targeted, per PFF. In a good matchup out of the slot last week, Zaccheaus paid off, catching six of eight targets for 58 yards and his first receiving score of the season. The Chicago defense can’t stop anyone, so this game has shootout potential, and if Luther Burden were to miss this game as well, he remains unrivaled for those precious slot snaps.

NFL DFS WR Fade for Week 10
Marvin Harrison, Arizona Cardinals - DraftKings: $5,300 | FanDuel: $6,600
Despite having a solid 2.03 yards per route run against zone coverage this season, his fantasy points per route run against man coverage (0.74) is more than double his mark against zone coverage (0.35)! Furthermore, his numbers take a substantial hit against two-high safeties, as he’s posted just 1.41 yards per route run, compared to 2.57 yards per route against single-high looks, per FantasyPoints. He’s coming off a big game against the league’s worst defense, and the price point is palatable, but there are more intriguing options in better matchups at a similar price.
NFL Week 10 WR Play of The Week
Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle Seahawks - DraftKings: $8,600 | FanDuel: $9,500
It’s not the best matchup by any means, as Arizona hasn’t exactly been overly generous to opposing wideouts, but until someone stops JSN, why wouldn’t we continue to play him? However, aside from how phenomenal he’s been this season, a big point of optimism here for JSN is his production against two-high safety looks, something Arizona runs at the fourth-highest clip in the NFL. Per FantasyPoints, Smith-Njigba has recorded 5.80 yards per route run and 0.42 targets per route run against two-high safeties, both of which are the best in the league amongst WRs with at least 10 routes against this look.
