Now is about the time I like to remind folks of rookie Amon-Ra St. Brown in 2021. In hindsight, we always picture these guys as special right from the rip. But that certainly was not the case for ARSB. In fact, he didn’t really break out until Week 13 of that year. And, from that point onward - through this very day - it was wheels up.

And that’s what we are looking for here. We are keeping an eye out for the catalysts that create breakouts. Role changes. New play-callers. Different quarterbacks. Injuries (both to target competition and potentially guys recovering from them). Whatever it takes to shake things up and give us a shot. We’re going to keep a close eye on those narratives and let you know where we might see some changes and where we’re stashing guys just to see if we can catch lightning in a bottle!

2025 Fantasy Football NFL Week 11 Target Report Preview

Why do we do the target report? Well, we have a pretty good indication historically of how many fantasy-relevant pass-catchers can come from each team. The short and sweet is that the vast majority of teams will have one, maybe two fantasy-relevant pass-catchers. And there will almost certainly be more teams with zero than there are with three. Most meaningful fantasy players get at least 100 targets - here is a look at how players on each team over the last decade have hit that milestone.

In the chart below, what we will do is attempt to take each team and project A. the target pecking order, and B. what target range the players will likely fall into. At the bottom, we’ll include some notes as far as what went into the rankings and color-coded chart. So let’s dive in!

Fantasy Football Week 11 Target Report Advice & Takeaways

If a team has a ** next to them, it means they moved to a new section. If a team has a note, it means there is something we should monitor or some sort of change. If there are no notes, we can assume it is business as usual. After the first week of football, there are a lot of notes!

Clear Top Two

Arizona Cardinals

Cincinnati Bengals

Denver Broncos**

  • Courtland Sutton
  • Troy Franklin
    • At this stage, Troy Franklin deserves to be elevated to this section. He’s consistently getting high-level snaps and targets in this offense. He and Sutton were the only guys to run a full snap share (next closest was Evan Engram at 74%). Engram is only a spot start at this stage.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Los Angeles Rams

  • Puka Nacua
  • Davante Adams
    • Monitor the oblique issue for Adams, but Sean McVay says he would have gone back in for a closer game.

High Consolidation

Atlanta Falcons

Dallas Cowboys

Los Angeles Chargers

Indianapolis Colts

  • Michael Pittman
  • Tyler Warren
  • Alec Pierce
    • Pierce missed a couple of games, so he has 52 targets compared to 70 for Pittman and 67 for Warren. But he’s not only been consistent, but his high aDot routes allow him to do “more with less” in the games where he isn’t targeted heavily. Josh Downs remains the odd man out to some degree as a part-time guy who only plays slot, but he’s a PPR spot start.

Miami Dolphins

Philadelphia Eagles

Washington Commanders

  • Terry McLaurin*
  • Deebo Samuel
  • Zach Ertz
    • When all is said and done, it should be McLaurin, Deebo, and Ertz as the guys we can consider for fantasy. No one is getting a full workload as of now, but they do seem to want to see what Treylon Burks might be able to offer. He could be a very deep league stash.

One Stud, Then Uncertainty

Baltimore Ravens

  • Zay Flowers
    • Zay Flowers always runs a full route share - he’s the most trustworthy. Bateman has actually been close to him the last few weeks, though the targets have not been there. DeAndre Hopkins is only a part-time guy. Mark Andrews continues to run more routes than Isaiah Likely - Andrews was sitting at ~70% route participation this week, with Likely around 52%. Andrews is still a little TD dependent.

Carolina Panthers

  • Tetairoa McMillan
    • We still aren’t seeing Jalen Coker play enough in 2 WR sets to utilize him, and Xavier Legette has not done anything worth using either. The TE rotation also takes them off the table for fantasy - despite five targets, Ja’Tavion Sanders only played 19 of 53 snaps.

Chicago Bears

  • Rome Odunze
    • DJ Moore got banged up here, so we’ll have to monitor his health. If he were to miss time, Luther Burden could see more work. It’s a shame that Colston Loveland and Luther Burden don’t have bigger roles because they look good with the ball in their hands. But it’s Odunze and DJ Moore generally leading this team in snaps and looks when everyone is healthy. Loveland was at a 56% route participation while Burden was at 49%

Detroit Lions

Houston Texans

  • Nico Collins
    • Dalton Schultz (40) is the only player other than Nico Collins (45) who ran more than 30 routes this week. He should be rostered in fantasy leagues with his path to being a top two target on the team. Jayden Higgins is the next most appealing after Collins right now as a spot start.

Las Vegas Raiders

  • Brock Bowers
    • It’s a real shame that none of the rookies were really able to get a new workload following the Jakoi Meyers trade. Trey Tucker ran all 35 routes, while Brock Bowers ran 29 and Tyler Lockett ran 28. D’Onte Thornton ran 21, Jack Bech only 8. With this team losing so much, they should probably see what the young guys have.

Minnesota Vikings

New Orleans Saints

  • Chris Olave
    • With Rashid Shaheed gone, DeVaughn Vele is getting a massive opportunity. He actually led the team in snaps this week. The team is bad, but maybe a deep league stab. Olave and Juwan Johnson are closer to fantasy relevance, though.

New York Giants

  • Wan’Dale Robinson
    • Darius Slayton suffered a hamstring injury, so monitor that. Theo Johnson played over 70 snaps, and they leaned heavily on 2 TE sets, making him a guy that needs to be rostered in leagues.

New York Jets

Pittsburgh Steelers

  • DK Metcalf
    • DK Metcalf, you start, but Calvin Austin is quietly running enough routes and getting enough targets to be on the spot start or DFS radar for negative gamescript games. These tight ends are impossible to trust weekly, but Jonnu Smith (68% routes) is your best bet, followed by Pat Freiermuth (49% routes).

Seattle Seahawks

  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba
    • Because of the blowout nature of the game, we didn’t get a really good feel for what the actual WR rotation would be. I mean, Cody White led the WRs in snaps this week. So we’ll have to wait until next week to see who plays more out of Rashid Shaheed or Cooper Kupp. Given the lack of production from Kupp, it should be Shaheed.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Wide Open

Buffalo Bills

  • Khalil Shakir
  • Dalton Kincaid*
  • Keon Coleman
    • Kincaid could miss some time with this hamstring issue. That puts Dawson Knox on the streaming radar, though there might be better streaming options. Khalil Shakir gets a boost as he and Kincaid operate in a similar area. Coleman has been really tough to trust regardless of matchup.

Cleveland Browns

Green Bay Packers

Kansas City Chiefs

New England Patriots

San Francisco 49ers

Tennessee Titans
