For the second straight week, we had one of our overall NFL best bets for the week come through with players finding the endzone. That means it’s now time to share our NFL best bets for Week 4, and with it also being the first week of the International Series, we’re already set up for an awesome weekend ahead.

Speaking of which, you’ll be able to add to any of your NFL picks with something else that we've shared with you - a guaranteed Rebet Social Sportsbook promo code bonus for fans in ALL states other than ID, LA, MD, MI, MT and NV!

NFL Picks, Predictions & Best Bets for Week 4 Sunday, 9/28

Not only have our anytime TD scorer picks come through, but so did Caleb Williams this past weekend. Better yet, he didn’t even make it sweat, clearing his passing yards prop in the first half (he had 239 by halftime, and three TDs)!

That’s what we want to see from our NFL best bets for Week 4 as well, and as always, there is a ton to break down in the final week before the first teams are on bye. That means NFL predictions are possible for all 32 teams, but here, we’re only worried about the best spots possible.

That said, it doesn’t mean that there weren’t honorable mentions for our NFL best bets for Week 4, so we can briefly discuss some games overall before fully diving into those top picks.

NFL Week 4 Predictions: Sunday, September 28th

The Week 4 slate features some massive favorites like Browns vs. Lions and Saints vs. Bills, and while that can make NFL picks tough with such significant point spreads, consider looking at some team totals instead.

Along with some isolation strategies, we’ve seen some of the absolute worst offensive line play in the Texans vs. Titans AFC South rivalry, so perhaps checking out some players to record a sack could be a valuable approach. We also have an interconference Chargers vs. Giants clash, which means the infamous 10 AM “body clock” kickoff for LA, looking to go to 4-0.

Speaking of time zones, don’t forget that we also have a 9:30 AM ET game in Ireland of Vikings vs. Steelers for some morning NFL predictions!

Eagles vs. Buccaneers Best Bet: Bucky Irving Anytime TD (+120 at Rebet)

Leading off our overall NFL best bets for Week 4 is one of the most intriguing matchups of the slate. Many fans and analysts alike are considering the Bucs a sneaky threat to the Eagles in the NFC, and believe it or not, Baker Mayfield is a truly elite QB.

He’s led three fourth-quarter comebacks in Tampa’s 3-0 start to the season, and his team has been one of the few to get the better of Philly recently. Not only did they eliminate them from the playoffs two seasons ago, but when the NFL gave Jalen Hurts and company a revenge spot in Week 4 of last year, the Bucs won that game too.

Those were dominant 32-9 and 33-16 wins, and as fun as it is to watch Baker Mayfield, he’s not going to have Mike Evans for a few weeks. We love Emeka Egbuka (and a Chris Godwin return), and you could even take him to find the endzone, but we see more value with Tampa’s lead back.

We’re able to say that because, through three games, Bucky Irving has 70 touches (23 per game) compared to Rachaad White’s 21 touches. Bucky should also be licking his chops with All-Pro OT Tristan Wirfs making his return to the field this Sunday, and on top of that, the Eagles recently placed LB Nolan Smith on IR.

Let’s also not forget that last week, Kyren Williams hit our best bet in this same spot by finding the endzone. We’re getting even better odds here, kicking off our NFL best bets for Week 4 with Bucky Irving as an anytime TD scorer (+120 at Rebet).

Packers + Falcons Best Bet: Josh Jacobs + Bijan To Both Score A TD (+155 at Rebet)

Before we get into a simple two-legger, we know that not everyone prefers NFL picks that rely on more than one thing needing to hit. So, we’d also mention that we love either Will Anderson Jr. or Danielle Hunter of the Texans to record a sack against the Titans this Sunday.

Anderson Jr. has recorded a sack in all three games this year and two in his two career games against Tennessee! Similarly, Hunter had THREE sacks against the Titans in one game last year, and the Titans have allowed rookie QB Cam Ward to get sacked the most in the NFL this year (15; hence why he’s missing practice this week).

Ok, moving on to more NFL best bets for Week 4, starting with Packers RB Josh Jacobs. Do we really need to say anything about how bad the Cowboys' defense has been? Sure, it’s been even worse through the air, but Jordan Love passing props will be the most “square” picks of the week. Dallas has also allowed four rushing TDs through three games.

We’re pairing that with Offensive Player of the Year, hopefully Bijan Robinson FINALLY finding the endzone on the ground. That’s right, the former Texas stud has only found the painted grass through the air this year, and only once! We believe that changes this weekend to help the Falcons bounce back from an embarrassing shutout loss to the Carolina Panthers.

We gave these plays out earlier in the week when they were worth the individual prices, but with that no longer being the case, let’s pair them together for one of our NFL best bets for Week 4, having some sweet plus money! Lock in Josh Jacobs + Bijan Robinson to both have an anytime TD this Sunday (+155 at Rebet).
