NFL predictions for this weekend will include breaking down rare interconference matchups like 49ers vs. Browns and also classic divisional rivalries like Texans vs. Colts. In fact, we might as well expand on things in the early window, as the Jaguars vs. Titans game means that the entire AFC South plays one another.

You’ll see that we’ve got a best bet for the one that we’d label as the more anticipated matchup, especially with Houston’s NFL-best defense most recently taking down Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills, while Indy lost after their bye week in overtime at the hands of Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.

NFL Week 13 Predictions: Sunday, November 30th

We also get to enjoy watching MVP-favorite Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams in the rare 1 PM ET game since they head across the country to take on a Carolina Panthers team that just had to do the same; they lost on Monday Night Football against a different NFC West team, Christian McCaffrey and the San Francisco 49ers.

Speaking of matchups that are expected to be lopsided, that’s also what we see in the late window with Vikings vs. Seahawks. With Seattle trying to keep pace with the aforementioned Rams and the abysmal passing attack in Minnesota, we expect them to do so. Again, that top pick didn’t quite make the cut in terms of our NFL best bets for Week 13.

We’ve already covered the Sunday Night Football of Broncos vs. Commanders in several ways this week, so where should we be looking for our favorite NFL picks for Sunday? The first of our NFL best bets for Week 13 is going to be a matchup you wouldn’t think would be in the late-afternoon window.

 

 

 

Bills vs. Steelers Best Bet: Josh Allen Over 1.5 Passing TDs (Use His Chalkboard Player Card)

This entire season, the Bills have had one game outside of the Eastern time zone, which was their recent Thursday Night Football loss to the Texans. That was a game that came against the NFL’s best defense overall, especially through the air. Now, Josh Allen and company get to face the worst in a few regards, hence why this is one of our NFL best bets for Week 13.

Most notably, the Steelers have been awful defending the pass. Even after trading for Kyle Dugger from the New England Patriots, the secondary just hasn’t been it. We’re not going to go as far as to say JJ McCarthy would cook them, but we did see Caleb Williams throw for three passing TDs against them on Sunday.

Similarly, only the Cincinnati Bengals have allowed more passing yards per game, so you could take that approach for your NFL best bets for Week 13 as well. We’re preferring the scoring market instead in the hopes that Dalton Kincaid will be back as a red zone target and the expected return of Keon Coleman.

In fact, you could even just take Buffalo covering the spread with the extra rest, but we’re still going to kick off our NFL best bets for Week 13 with Josh Allen over 1.5 passing TDs (add him to a Chalkboard lineup).
 

 

 

Rams vs. Panthers Best Bet: Kyren Williams Anytime TD (Use His Chalkboard Player Card)

We mentioned that one of the expected blowouts didn’t make the cut, but we are going to revert to one of the games previously mentioned. That would be the Rams vs. Panthers coast-to-coast clash. However, the target of our NFL best bets for Week 13 isn’t going to be the ridiculous Matthew Stafford.

Don’t get us wrong, the 37-year-old is deserving of the MVP award right now, and the WR duo of Puka Nacua and Davante Adams is seemingly unmatched. Even with all of that in mind, we’re focused on the Rams RB. Kyren Williams had a historic stretch of scoring TDs dating back to last season and bleeding into this one, and it’s time to start a new one.

He’s come through for us this year already, as well prior to these NFL best bets for Week 13, and we trust him to do so again. Last year, the Panthers had the league’s worst run defense by a mile, including the most rushing TDs allowed, and there was hype around its improvement prior to Monday Night Football.

Well, they then allowed Christian McCaffrey to go for 89 yards and a touchdown, not to mention 53 receiving yards. We won’t act like Kyren Williams is the same type of dual threat, but we’re getting great value here, given his most recent stat line but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have one of the NFL’s best run defenses led by Vita Vea.

Therefore, this is the time to pounce on a bounce back, so we’re adding Kyren Williams anytime TD (add him to a Chalkboard lineup) to our NFL best bets for Week 13.
