Atlanta Braves vs Rick Porcello

I touted the Braves yesterday when they faced the struggling Nathan Eovoldi and it did not pan out but I am willing to go back to the well with them today against an equally struggling Rick Porcello who has posted an ERA of 5.62 over his last 10 starts and has struggled on the road this season, owning an ERA of 4.74.  During this 10 game stretch he has allowed 11 home runs, 36 runs and 56 hits over 57.2 innings.

Top Stack Options: Freddie Freeman , Ronald Acuna , Ender Inciarte

Secondary Options: Johan Camargo , Nick Markakis , Ozzie Albies , Dansby Swanson

Cleveland Indians vs Danny Duffy

Duffy has faced the Indians three times this season and none of those three starts went his way as he is 0-3 with a 10.80 ERA having allowed 18 earned runs on 19 hits over 15 innings.  It shouldn’t be too surprising that the southpaw has struggled against the Indians given the likes of José Ramírez and Francisco Lindor who are both very strong from the right side of the plate as is Yan Gomes who hits lefties really well and Edwin Encarnación who is always a home run threat. The addition of Melky Cabrera has really bolstered this lineup of late as well.

Top Stack Options: José Ramírez , Francisco Lindor , Edwin Encarnación , Melky Cabrera

Secondary Options: Yandy Diaz , Brandon Guyer , Rajai Davis

Tampa Bay Rays vs Ryan Borucki

Borucki has crashed back to earth after a strong start with the Blue Jays and over his last 10 starts he has a 4.97 ERA and opponents are hitting .308 off him.  Tonight he faces a fiesty Rays offense that has some guys that can do damage against left-handed pitching, most notably C.J. Cron who leads their team in home runs and RBI this season. Right-handed bats are hitting .302 with an OPS of .819 off Borucki this season and over this 10 game stretch that has risen to a .315 average and an OPS of .879.

Top Stack Options: C.J. Cron , Tommy Pham , Matt Duffy
