Bobby Witt, Kansas City Royals (+264) 

It’s a bullpen day for the Twins, so we can’t specifically nail down one pitcher as someone who has allowed a bunch of stolen bases, but we can definitely target catcher Victor Caratini, who continually gets abused on the basepaths. He’s got a weak 12-percent caught-stealing rate on 25 attempts, and we just watched him get abused over the weekend when the Pirates swiped five bags in one day! Is there any reason not to trust Witt, who has four stolen bases over his last four games?

Jose Ramirez, Cleveland Guardians (+350)

We’ve got an interesting matchup today as Ramirez, who is currently batting .343 with a .443 wOBA against left-handed pitching, faces Yankees southpaw Carlos Rodon today. Rodon has only allowed one stolen base this season, but it’s also only been four starts. Catching Rodon is JC Escarra, who has a 23-percent caught-stealing rate on 13 attempts, so in a game the Guardians continue to push back against the Bronx Bombers, why wouldn’t we take a shot on Ramirez, who has nine hits and one steal over his last five games?
