Padres starter Griffin Canning (for now) has some of the worst metrics in general, and against lefties, he’s allowed all eight of his homers along with a 1.91 WHIP. We are actually going to stay in that same game to try and really capitalize on the wind situation. After all, it’s not like Wrigley only helps the hitters on its home team! Their star switch-hitter recently returned from injury, but has yet to hit another homer. It’s only been five games, so we aren’t concerned, and he’s lefties well this season with a .620 slugging. Milwaukee’s Robert Gasser is better than most fans likely realize, but he’s still not great vs. southpaws with a 1.66 WHIP.
