What is up FANation! Another Fantasy Alarm NBA DFS Value Vault article on tap for today’s 7-game NBA DFS slate, and it is a good one! We have some nice totals on the board, and some decent value in those games as well, so let’s get down to it!

DRAFTKINGS

1.) Lonzo Ball ($5,400)- Lonzo played 33 minutes in his last game out, and for some reason, his price really didn’t move much for a guy that has seen those kind of mins, while putting up a moderate 31.5 fantasy points and 20.7% usage rate. Tonight, He gets a Mavs team that is not exactly the best guard-defending team in the league, in a very high paced game (both teams have been in the top five in terms of PACE over their last five contests), and he has major upside with triple-double potential. Lonzo has picked up at least four rebounds and four assists in each of his last three games.

2.) OG Anunoby ($5,100)- OG continues to play hefty minutes while starting for the Raptors. He had an eye issue that side-lined him for a few games, and upon his return his price really hasn’t fluctuated much. He is somewhat inconsistent on the offensive side of the ball considering he is more of a three and D wing (three-pointers and defense), but for a guy that has seen consistent 30+ minute games in five of his last eight, you must like the price here. Also, Anunoby has put up 21 or more fantasy points in his last four, with his most recent hitting 29 on the night. We also saw him flash the upside with a 35-fantasy point effort two games ago against the Knicks.

3.) Dwight Powell ($4,000)- I believe if you want to get the studs for tonight’s slate such as Harden, or LUKA, you will need some value, right? Well, if you are a big fan of Luka tonight, then why not get a correlation play with Luka at value? Powell is an amazing value in tonight’s game against the Pelicans who are going to be without both Favors AND Kenrich Williams . This really hurts their interior, and they have been exposed by opposing bigs lately. Powell is still the starting Center for the Mavs, and although he doesn’t exactly see a high usage rate, he is still seeing 24+ minutes in his last eight contests. Fresh off a 27.8 fantasy point game against the Lakers, I will look to plug Powell in tonight with Luka stacks for value against the Pelicans depleted frontcourt.

FANDUEL

1.) Serge Ibaka ($5,200)- Going out on a limb here with Ibaka, but I think the price has value in it. Serge is usually not a 30+ minute guy off the bench for the Raptors, so the 20 mins he played in his first game back was encouraging. I don’t really think anyone will be eyeing him here on FanDuel either. We know he brings tremendous block-upside, so if we can couple that with acouple of blocks with 22+ mins, and even 10 points, and say 6-7 rebounds (with an assist or two?), then Serge will be looking at 25+ fantasy points easily. He managed 22.7 FanDuel points in his 20 minutes in the return game with a line of 13 points, four rebounds, three assists, and a steal. Didn’t record a block, but I think that changes tonight.

2.) Josh Hart ($4,700)- We will take the savings on Hart over on Fd, as he is a smidge over $5K over on DraftKings for tonight. Hart has gotten back to his role that he had before he was plagued by injury for a few games. Hart has played in three games since his return, and he has now recorded 25, 30, and 33 minutes in those three with each game seeing the increased minutes. Fresh off a game where he put up 38.2 FanDuel points on a 11 point, 11 rebound, two assists, two blocks, and two steals line against the Thunder, you must like his chances at a replication tonight against the Mavericks in a high-pace affair.

3.) Ish Smith ($4,300)- A flier play, but I think if you catch Ish on a good night, he can help you win all the gpps. Smith has played at least 23 minutes or more in his last six of seven contests, while out-shining starting PG Isaiah Thomas on some nights as well. Just two games ago, we saw Ish put up a 43 FD fantasy point line against the Suns, and he did that all in just 25 minutes on the floor. So, he has the upside spark, has recorded three-steal games in two of his last six, while recording at least one steal in five of his last six as well. The minutes are there, and we have seen the upside, as he has put up 33+ FanDuel points in his last three of seven, and tonight he gets an excellent match up with the Magic at home. Let me repeat, Ish is JUST A TOURNAMENT play.
