Mika Zibanjad will be in the lineup for Thursday's season opener against the New York Islanders.
Zibanejad missed the first week of training camp after testing positive for COVID-19, but he has been back practicing and he's ready to play. "I've been feeling good," he said. "Each day that's been going by I think it's been better. Felt really good Monday, felt good yesterday and it just gets better every day. I don't know what the plan is time-wise but I'm ready to go and I'm just excited." He is slated to play between Pavel Buchnevich and Chris Kreider.
