David Pastrnak is on schedule in his recovery from hip surgery, according to coach Bruce Cassidy.
Pastrnak underwent a right hip arthroscopy and labral repair on Sept. 16 with an expected rehab and recovery time of approximately five months. "They're on schedule. They may even be ahead of schedule, for all I know," Cassidy said Pastrnak and Brad Marchand, who also had offseason surgery. "I just know how hard those two guys work as well. … Guys that train hard will probably stay on schedule, or at least get a little bit ahead." It's unclear how much time he could miss because the schedule for the 2020-21 season is unknown, but his timetable puts him in line for a return in mid-February. Nov 11 1:28 pm (EST)
