Josh Downs
#2 Active2026 Fantasy Football Player Profile
2025 Season Recap
Josh Downs was a steady underneath option for Indianapolis in 2025, securing 58 catches for 566 yards and four touchdowns on 88 targets. Totaling 107.4 fantasy points over 16 games, he showed the quickness and route-running precision that made him a highly effective check-down outlet from the slot. His volume remained incredibly consistent throughout the year.
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Downs is consensus WR42 in a Colts offense anchored by Jonathan Taylor's rushing attack and Daniel Jones' return to health. With Michael Pittman Jr. gone, Alec Pierce is the primary deep threat, meaning Downs' role as the reliable slot option is highly secure. His target floor should be rock solid, making him an excellent depth piece in PPR formats who will consistently provide short-area production.
