2023 Player Outlook
The rookie out of Boston College could have entered the NFL Draft after the 2021 season, but instead, he opted to return and build his resume, and build it, he did! Flowers, though undersized, finished the 2022 season with over 1,000 yards and 12 touchdowns in spite of sub-par quarterback play, earning him first-round draft capital to the Baltimore Ravens. Flowers is primarily a slot guy because of his height and weight, so he will likely come out on two wide receiver sets, and he will also have to compete for targets with Mark Andrews. This isn't to say that Flowers won't succeed in this offense, but expectations should be tempered, especially in the early parts of the season.
