2023 Player Outlook

Drake London was the WR50 in ADP and finished as the WR31 which technically means he outperformed his draft cost but it certainly did not feel that way. One promising metric for London is that his 29.4% target share was the fifth highest among all wide receivers. But the 2022 Falcons and Bears threw the fewest passes per game of any team since the 2009 Jets so even a 30% slice of that pie translated to the 22nd total targets. Because of that, Drake London's success in fantasy in 2023 is going to boil down to the QB play and Arthur Smith's willingness to throw the football.
