2023 Player Outlook

2023 Recap: Rosario brings some prospect pedigree with him, and a massive 2022 season at Double-A really piqued the interest of fantasy managers. In 124 games at Triple-A in 2022, Rosario slashed .288/.368/.508 with 22 home runs and 21 stolen bases. The power spike was certainly enjoyable, albeit not sustainable. In Triple-A in 2023, he hit just five home runs with a .422 SLG across 43 games played, though he did miss a significant chunk of the season.

2024 Outlook: He boasts a small frame that isn't necessarily indicative of power production, and he doesn't have a spot in the team's regular starting lineup. It will take an injury or two for him to get consistent ABs to begin the season. If he were to ascend into a regular role, his biggest contribution to fantasy managers will be his speed, and the rest of the categories will likely be underwhelming in his first extended look with big league pitching.
