One of the nice aspects of the 2022 schedule is the number of larger DFS slates. In past years we have been fortunately just to get three-game slates, but this season it seems like there have been a lot more slates of four games or more. I always like bigger slates because we have more options for filling our lineups and often the top players aren’t quite as chalky. It is always disappointing when you see one of your players go off and then realize they were played in 70 percent of lineups. That shouldn’t be the case Friday. Even with Elena Delle Donne and Sylvia Fowles out, ownership should be spread out amongst the top players at both positions.

Moriah JeffersonMINWAS780023.39###22.94
Jefferson has scored at least 20 fantasy points in all six games with Minnesota, and she could see more minutes and shots with Sylvia Fowles out of the lineup. Jefferson looks like a nice value on FD but I think she is playable on DK as well.
Sabrina IonescuNYIND####34.12###32.68
Ionescu's last two seasons have been notable mostly for their inconsistency, which makes it difficult to pay a premium for her. That being said She has scored at least 34.5 fantasy points in four straight games. Perhaps more importantly, Ionescu is averaging 45 fantasy points in two games against Indiana. Between the matchup and her recent form, Ionescu is the clear choice if you are looking to pay up for a guard Friday.
Natasha CloudWASMIN870027.91###27.08
I struggled to separate Cloud and Ariel Atkins but eventually, I settled on Cloud because she is second on the team in field goal attempts per game within five feet of the hoop. With Sylvia Fowles out, Cloud should have more success on those shots. That being said, if you need to save some money, I am fine pivoting to Atkins. Minnesota is 12th in fantasy points allowed to guards and that is with Sylvia Fowles playing the seventh-most minutes in the WNBA.
Aari McDonaldATLPHO680018.58###18.54
McDonald is shooting just 26 percent from the field in her last three games, but she matched a season-high with 31 minutes Tuesday due to Erica Wheeler's foot injury. McDonald scored 30 fantasy points in 26 minutes against Phoenix two weeks ago and I like her chances at a repeat performance if Wheeler is out Friday.
Rhyne HowardATLPHO920029.48###29.94
Phoenix is 11th in fantasy points allowed to guards. Howard has at least 26 fantasy points in nine of her 12 WNBA games, including one against Phoenix two weeks ago. Howard led the Dream with 36 minutes and 17 field goal attempts Tuesday and with Erica Wheeler likely out, her floor should be awfully high.

Julie AllemandCHICON37000###
Allemand joins an already crowded backcourt, and we really have no idea how many minutes she will play in her first game with the Sky. That being said, she has a good chance to take Dana Evans's minutes to a minimum. I think Allemand is a much better player than Evans and she is $1500 cheaper than Evans on DK. Allemand is risky but she has a chance to be a cheap enabler.
Ty HarrisDALSEA430011.68###11.38
Harris is averaging 19.5 minutes and 14.6 fantasy points in her last two games, and that is totally reasonable production for her price. With Marina Mabrey out, Harris has a chance to start and play heavy minutes.

Nikolina MilicMINWAS490010.75###10.58
Minnesota has played just 29 minutes all season without at least one of Milic and Sylvia Fowles on the court. Milic played the last 14 minutes Tuesday while Fowles was on the bench and even if she doesn't start, I expect Milic to play heavy minutes with Fowles out Friday. Milic is averaging 0.93 fantasy points per minute this season.
Damiris DantasMINWAS31000###16.25
Dantas could have a minutes limit in her first game of the season but at her price, it almost doesn't matter. In three seasons with the Lynx, Dantas has averaged 0.84 fantasy points per minute.
Alysha ClarkWASMIN560016###15.40
Washington has taken a committee approach to replacing Elena Delle Donne when she sits this season, which makes all of her possible replacements risky. That being said, Clark played a season-high 27 minutes Wednesday, finishing with 26.75 fantasy points. She is as good a bet as any to step up Friday, and she is the cheapest Washington forward on DraftKings.
Satou SaballyDALSEA770024.29###22.32
Sabally started the season late due to overseas commitments and played 32 minutes total in her first two games. Since then she has averaged 27.8 minutes and 29.2 fantasy points. Even if you include those first two games, Sabally has been just as productive for fantasy as a lot of forwards who cost more Friday.
Ezi MagbegorSEADAL970032.06###35.53
Magbegor has scored at least 33 fantasy points in five consecutive games, despite a two-week absence due to covid in the middle of that streak. She is the cheapest of the elite forwards on DraftKings and I couldn't tell you why. Dallas is 11th in fantasy points allowed to centers and  they don't have anyone who can match up with Magbegor inside.

Brionna JonesCONCHI880026.04###26.85
I don't necessarily expect Jones to top 33 fantasy points for a fourth straight game, but I'm willing to take a shot at this price. Chicago is 10th in fantasy points allowed to forwards.
Tianna HawkinsWASMIN590013.58###12.88
Hawkins is probably the safest fantasy play on the Mystics, which is nuts considering she has been out of the rotation as often as not of late. That being said, she gets significant minutes whenever Elena Delle Donne sits, and Hawkins is averaging 20.25 fantasy points in her last three games.
Jonquel JonesCONCHI####33###32.66
Jones has played at least 30 minutes in four of her last five games, averaging 39.2 FPPG in those five games. Her minutes and touches remain consistent despite Connecticut's crowded frontcourt, and Jones is second to only Breanna Stewart in fantasy points per minute.
Isabelle HarrisonDALSEA710022.18###22.47
Harrison was on the court to close the game Sunday as Dallas went with a big lineup and if she starts with Marina Mabrey out, she could be a really nice value.
