I usually prefer larger DFS slates with more games, and Sunday’s five-game WNBA DFS slate is no exception. With 10 of the 12 WNBA teams active, there are a ton of very good players to choose from. There are also more opportunities to attack a good matchup or to find hidden value when last-minute news breaks. Of course, there are a few downsides to such a big slate. For starters, all five games are at different times. If you really want to take best advantage of the slate, you need to be vigilant about checking for news before each game. Secondly, FanDuel’s main slate only features the three late games, while DraftKings’s main slate has all five. FanDuel does have a full-day slate with fewer contests, and DraftKings will presumably offer a late slate after the main slate begins, but you should be aware of the offerings on your site of choice. For our WNBA DFS Playbook, we have used the full slate prices for each site. If you choose to play a smaller or even a showdown slate, there should be plenty of players listed to get you started.

Tiffany HayesCONWAS690020.47###20.28
I don't understand why she isn't playing more minutes, but she has still topped 19 fantasy points in five of her last six games. I like Hayes on both sites, but especially FanDuel. If Dijonai Carrington is out again, we can consider pivoting to Natisha Hiedeman.
Diana TaurasiPHOLA820028.36###26.35
Taurasi has averaged 34.0 fantasy points on at least three days rest and 22.0 fantasy points on fewer than three days rest. The Sparks have allowed the most fantasy points to guards this season and Taurasi is averaging 29.0 fppg against them. There is a good chance we will get elite production at a reasonable price.
Shatori Walker-KimbroughWASCON560010.52###10.95
Walker-Kimbrough has averaged 26.2 minutes and 18.7 fantasy points in her last four games, and she could play even more minutes if Natasha Cloud is out again. Her usage won't be particularly high but this is a cheap price for a starting guard.
Jackie YoungLVMIN980032.61###31.83
As always, feel free to pivot to one of the other Aces guards if needed. That being said, Young is the only one of the three to average more fantasy points on the road this season, and she averaged 39.0 fantasy points in two home games against Minnesota. Only two teams have allowed more fantasy points to guards than the Lynx this season.
Rhyne HowardATLCHI950032.25###31.11
Howard wasn't as great against Chicago Friday night as I had hoped, but she still led Atlanta in minutes and field goal attempts. I don't expect Allisha Gray and Danielle Robinson to each shoot better than 70 percent from the field again,

Natasha HowardDALIND####34.35###33.55
I would probably pivot to Satou Sabally if I could, but Indiana's frontcourt defense is not scary. Howard is pretty cheap for someone with at least 35 FD fantasy points in three of her last four games.
Azura StevensLAPHO800018.36###18.95
Stevens has been great off the bench of late, averaging 33.1 FD fantasy points in 26.3 minutes off the bench. That kind of per-minute production probably can't continue, but with Dearica Hamby and Chiney Ogwumike both questionable, Stevens could get all of the minutes and touches she can handle. Even if Hamby plays, I would like Stevens if she replaced Karlie Samuelson in the starting lineup.
Olivia Nelson-OdodaCONWAS570010.46###11.24
I would like it better if she was starting and not losing minutes to Rebecca Allen, but Nelson-Ododa has actually averaged slightly more fppg than Allen since Brionna Jones went down. Allen is certainly playable as well, but Washington has struggled against size at times this season and Nelson-Ododa should be able to take advantage.
Teaira McCowanDALIND920025.81###25.48
Her price has gone up a bit after she scored 33.4 fantasy points in 35 minutes against Las Vegas Friday, but I am willing to pay it if Kalani Brown is out again. McCowan played at least 30 minutes in both games against Las Vegas last week, averaging 30.55 FD fantasy points. She should be safe against her former team if Brown sits again.
Alyssa ThomasCONWAS####44.12###43.30
In a slate where all of the top players feel risky, I'm going to pay up for Thomas. She is averaging 47.8 fantasy points in two games against Washington this season, and she has at least 38.75 fantasy points in nine of her last 10 games.

Tianna HawkinsWASCON770014.69###14.36
Hawkins remains pretty cheap for someone who has scored at least 23 fantasy points in four of her five starts this season. She was probably a bit safer with Elena Delle Donne out but she should start and play heavy minutes for the foreseeable future.
