2025 Fantasy Football WR/CB Match Up Report Week 18: Parker Washington, Tetairoa McMillan
Welcome to the 2025 Fantasy Football WR vs. CB Matchup Report for Week 18—your essential guide to navigating one of the most unpredictable weeks of the season. With many NFL teams resting starters or pulling them early to prepare for the playoffs, usage and performance can be extremely volatile, making lineup decisions especially challenging. In this report, we’ll break down wide receivers with favorable matchups and cornerbacks who could still make life difficult, while also providing context on where these players rank in my Week 18 WR rankings so you can make the most informed choices possible.
And to those fantasy managers whose commissioners force them to play their championship in Week 18 - my sincerest apologies. You deserve better! Let’s make the best of it and finish strong.
| Â | Â | Â |
| Left WR vs Right CB | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Xavier Weaver | ARI | 1.5 / 1.5 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Emmanuel Forbes | LAR | Safe |
| Xavier Weaver is in line to see an expanded role this week with Marvin Harrison expected to miss the Cardinals Week 18 matchup due to a foot injury. Fantasy managers should steer clear of Weaver despite the expected increase in snaps since he has yet to surpass 30 receiving yards on the season. The passing offense is most likely to run through Michael Wilson and TE Trey McBride. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| David Sills | ATL | 2.9 / 3.5 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Kool-Aid McKinstry | NO | Safe |
| It was a low bar, but David Sills actually led the Falcons in receiving yards in Week 17 finishing with three receptions for 37 yards on four targets. RB Bijan Robinson was the only Falcons player that had more receptions, but Sills should still be avoided in all formats in Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Rashod Bateman | BAL | 4.3 / 3.5 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Asante Samuel | PIT | Moderate |
| Rashod Bateman had another quiet day in the Ravens Week 17 matchup against the Packers, catching his only target and finishing with seven receiving yards. Bateman has not had more than two receptions in a game since Week 3 and should be avoided in all formats. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Brandin Cooks | BUF | 3.7 / 3.3 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Brandon Stephens | NYJ | Safe |
| Brandin Cooks got back to his vintage field stretching ways in the Bills Week 17 matchup against the Eagles, catching four of his six targets for a team high 101 yards. His receiving yardage total as well as the 25.2 yards per target were easily season highs for the veteran WR, but I wouldn’t expect this to be a normal occurrence. Cooks does have a solid matchup this week, but I’ve got him outside of my top-70 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Tetairoa McMillan | CAR | 13.7 / 10.9 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Jamel Dean | TB | Risky |
| It was a disappointing day for Tetairoa McMillan in Week 17 against Seattle, finishing with just one reception for five yards on four targets. It’s hard to expect much from McMillan on a day where QB Bryce Young barely surpassed 50 passing yards, but HC Dave Canales said the team is looking to get McMillan more involved in Week 18. The Bucs are a more favorable matchup than Seattle was last week, so I’ve got McMillan just inside my top-12 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| DJ Moore | CHI | 10.6 / 9 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Rock Ya-Sin | DET | Moderate |
| DJ Moore came crashing back down to Earth after a couple of big games, finishing with just one reception for seven yards on four targets. It’s been an up and down season for Moore, with more downs than ups, but he does at least have a good matchup this week. I’ve got Moore just inside my top-30 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Ja'Marr Chase | CIN | 20.8 / 16.8 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Tyson Campbell | CLE | Safe |
| Ja'Marr Chase did more Ja'Marr Chase things in Week 17, finishing with seven receptions for 60 yards and two touchdowns on nine targets. Chase remains a must start regardless of matchup, and that’s no different this week. Chase is a top-three WR for me in Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jerry Jeudy | CLE | 7.3 / 5.8 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| DJ Turner | CIN | Risky |
| Jerry Jeudy had a decent showing in Week 17, catching five of his seven targets and finishing with 54 receiving yards. This is only the second time Jeudy finished with more than 40 yards in the last seven weeks, so I wouldn’t get too excited, especially given the matchup against a difficult Bengals secondary this week. I’ve got Jeudy just inside my top-40 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| George Pickens | DAL | 19.1 / 16.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Deonte Banks | NYG | Safe |
| George Pickens caught four of five targets in Week 17 and finished with 78 receiving yards. Pickens continues to be a big piece of the Cowboys passing offense, operating as the 1B alongside CeeDee Lamb. Pickens remains a must start on a weekly basis and is a top-10 WR for me in Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Courtland Sutton | DEN | 14 / 11.7 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Donte Jackson | LAC | Moderate |
| Courtland Sutton was targeted a team-high 10 times in Week 17, but finished with just four receptions for 40 yards. Despite the lackluster production, Sutton now has double-digit targets in four straight games and remains the WR1 for Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos. He’s got another difficult test against the Chargers secondary this week but is a top-12 WR for me in Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jameson Williams | DET | 13.7 / 11.8 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Nahshon Wright | CHI | Safe |
| It was a down week for Jameson Williams in Week 17 which has been a rarity for Williams during the second half of this season but has not been a rare occurrence for WRs matching up against the Vikings. Williams finished with just two receptions for 37 yards on three targets, which was the first time Williams had less than nine targets since Week 12. Things should be easier for Williams this week in his matchup against the Chicago Bears, so I’ve got him as a top-15 WR for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Romeo Doubs | GB | 10.3 / 8.6 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Fabian Moreau | MIN | Risky |
| The Green Bay Packers are expected to rest their starters with nothing to gain in Week 18, so it’s tough to know how much Romeo Doubs will actually play. Given the difficult matchup against the Vikings on top of that, I’m staying away from Doubs this week. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Nico Collins | HOU | 15.8 / 13.3 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Sauce Gardner | IND | Moderate |
| Nico Collins had a disappointing outing in Week 17 by his standards, finishing with three receptions for 59 yards on four targets. This was the second straight game that Nico finished under 60 receiving yards, but he had been above 80 receiving yards in five of his last six games prior to this lackluster two-game stretch. Collins will likely see a good amount of Sauce Gardner this week, but I’ve still got him as a must-start top-10 WR this week. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Alec Pierce | IND | 11.2 / 9.7 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Kamari Lassiter | HOU | Risky |
| Alec Pierce followed up his two-touchdown performance in Week 16 by being held without a catch, despite being targeted five times in Week 17 against the Jaguars. Pierce will see a QB change once again in Week 18 with Riley Leonard expected to take over for Philip Rivers. Given the QB carousel and matchup against the Texans, I want nothing to do with Pierce this week. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Brian Thomas | JAC | 10.1 / 8.3 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Kaiir Elam | TEN | Safe |
| Brian Thomas was targeted seven times in Week 17 and finished with four receptions for 39 yards. Thomas has just six receptions for 57 yards over the last two weeks, but has some boom potential in a plus matchup against the Titans this weekend. I’ve got Thomas just inside my top-24 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| JuJu Smith-Schuster | KC | 4.4 / 3.6 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Darien Porter | LV | Moderate |
| JuJu Smith-Schuster was tied for second among Chiefs' pass catchers with three targets in Week 17 and caught all three of the targets for just 16 yards. Smith-Schuster hasn’t had over 20 receiving yards in a game since Week 8 and should be avoided in all formats. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jack Bech | LV | 2.8 / 2.9 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Kristian Fulton | KC | Safe |
| Jack Bech missed Week 17 due to a back injury, but was a full participant in practice throughout the week and is expected to play against Kansas City in Week 18. Even if he ends up active, Bech should be avoided in all formats. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Quentin Johnston | LAC | 12.5 / 11.4 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Pat Surtain | DEN | Risky |
| Quentin Johnston had a solid outing in Week 17 with five receptions for 98 yards on eight targets, but the Chargers are expected to rest their starters. It’s tough to know how much Johnston will play if at all. We do know that QB Justin Herbert won’t play, so I would be avoiding Johnston in this matchup, even if he does play. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Konata Mumpfield | LAR | 1.6 / 2.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Will Johnson | ARI | Moderate |
| Konata Mumpfield was targeted five times in Week 17 and finished with two receptions for just 10 yards. Puka Nacua remains the only Rams WR that can be trusted on a weekly basis. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jaylen Waddle | MIA | 12.3 / 10.3 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Christian Gonzalez | NE | Risky |
| Jaylen Waddle was targeted just once and held without a catch after playing just 25% of snaps due to a rib injury. Waddle is listed as questionable heading into their Week 18 matchup against the Patriots. It’s a difficult matchup, but Waddle should be the go-to option for this passing offense if he’s active. I’ll have Waddle as a top-20 WR if he’s active. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Justin Jefferson | MIN | 11.8 / 9.4 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Carrington Valentine | GB | Safe |
| Justin Jefferson led the way for Vikings WRs in Week 17, but that only led to four receptions for 30 yards on five targets. Jefferson has now had 30 yards or less in four of his last five games but is expected to get starting QB J.J. McCarthy back this week and has a matchup against a Packers secondary that’s been a much more friendly matchup recently. He’s tough to trust given the recent struggles, but I’ve got Jefferson as a top-20 WR for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Kayshon Boutte | NE | 9.4 / 8.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Rasul Douglas | MIA | Moderate |
| Kayshon Boutte is expected to play in Week 18 after missing the Patriots' Week 17 game due to a concussion, but he remains a dart throw that you’re hoping hits on a couple of big plays. I’d be looking to avoid Boutte if he is indeed active this week. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Kevin Austin | NO | 3.6 / 5.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| C.J. Henderson | ATL | Moderate |
| It seems like half of the Saints WR room is on IR at this point, which has led to Kevin Austin playing 80% or more snaps in each of the last two weeks. Austin hit season highs in Week 17 – finishing with four receptions for 52 yards and a touchdown on five targets. There’s a world where Ausitn could be the Saints WR1 in Week 18 if Chris Olave ends up inactive. Austin would be a top-40 WR for me in Week 18 if Olave can't go. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Darius Slayton | NYG | 7 / 5.6 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Shavon Revel | DAL | Safe |
| Darius Slayton finished tied for second among Giants pass catchers with just three targets that he was able to turn into two receptions for 36 yards. Slayton remains a risky dart throw that you’re hoping cashes in on a couple of deep plays, but this is a matchup that could provide the opportunity for big plays. I’ve got Slayton as a top-30 WR this week. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Adonai Mitchell | NYJ | 6.1 / 5.1 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Tre'Davious White | BUF | Risky |
| Adonai Mitchell led all Jets pass catchers with nine targets in Week 17 but finished with just three receptions for 22 yards. Mitchell has been a true boom-or-bust player since being traded to the Jets at the deadline and has a difficult matchup against the Bills secondary in front of him. I’ve got Mitchell just outside of my top-30 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Britain Covey | PHI | 0 / 0 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Mike Sainristil | WAS | Safe |
| Britain Covey has yet to play more than 6% of snaps in a game this season, but is expected to get the start in Week 18 with the Eagles resting their starters. The matchup against Washington is intriguing, but I’d prefer to stay away from Covey where possible. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Marquez Valdes-Scantling | PIT | 2.6 / 2.4 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Chidobe Awuzie | BAL | Moderate |
| It was an ugly day for the Steelers passing offense in Week 17, with not a single WR ending the day with more than 25 receiving yards. Marquez Valdes-Scantling was the leader in the target department for Steelers WRs who finished with three receptions for 21 yards on nine targets. MVS should have an expanded role once again in Week 18 with DK Metcalf serving the second game of his two-game suspension. I’ve got MVS just inside my top-50 for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jaxon Smith-Njigba | SEA | 23.3 / 19.8 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Renardo Green | SF | Safe |
| Jaxon Smith-Njigba once again led the Seahawks in receiving in Week 17, finishing with nine receptions for 72 yards on 12 targets. JSN has now seen nine or more targets in six of his last seven games and remains a must-start fantasy option regardless of matchup. I’ve got JSN as my overall WR1 for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jauan Jennings | SF | 11.9 / 10 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Riq Woolen | SEA | Risky |
| Jauan Jennings had a quiet day based on the expectations for him once TE George Kittle was ruled out for Week 17, finishing with just two receptions for 42 yards on four targets but saved his fantasy day with a touchdown. It sounds like Kittle is going to return for Week 18 but Jennings should remain the 49ers WR1 in this tough matchup against the Seahawks secondary. I’ve got Jennings just inside my top-24 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Mike Evans | TB | 11.7 / 9.8 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Jaycee Horn | CAR | Moderate |
| Mike Evans was targeted seven times in Week 17 and finished with three receptions for 31 yards and a touchdown in the Bucs matchup against Miami. Evans has now had nearly identical stat lines the last two weeks, finishing both games with 31 receiving yards and a touchdown. Evans has historically played pretty well against the Panthers in his career, so in a must-win game I’ve got him as a top-10 WR for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Van Jefferson | TEN | 4.4 / 4 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Greg Newsome | JAC | Safe |
| Van Jefferson caught all three of his targets in Week 17 and finished with 46 receiving yards on the day. Jefferson’s yardage total was his highest since Week 6 and he’s currently questionable due to a forearm injury. He should be avoided even if he’s active, and his replacement can also be avoided if Jefferson ends up ruled out. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Terry McLaurin | WAS | 11.6 / 9.7 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Quinyon Mitchell | PHI | Risky |
| Terry McLaurin led all Commanders pass catchers with nine targets in Week 17 and finished with five receptions for 63 yards. McLaurin has had six or more targets in three of his last five games and remains the WR1 for the Commanders' offense. The Eagles are a tough matchup on paper, but it’s unclear how much their starters will play this week. I’ve got McLaurin as a top-24 WR for Week 18 | ||
| Â | Â | Â |
| Right WR vs Left CB | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Michael Wilson | ARI | 13 / 10.8 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Ahkello Witherspoon | LAR | Safe |
| Michael Wilson finished Week 17 with five receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets and has double-digit targets in five out of his last seven games. Wilson has an opportunity to finish the season strong with Marvin Harrison leaving the Cardinals matchup against the Bengals early due to his foot injury and is not expected to play in Week 18. I’ve got Wilson as a top-10 WR this week. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Drake London | ATL | 18.2 / 15.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Quincy Riley | NO | Moderate |
| You would have thought Drake London was limited last week, because he finished with just one reception for four yards on two targets despite playing 98% of snaps. This is only the second time all season, and first time since Week 2, that London has seen less than eight targets and should be considered an outlier game for the Falcons' star receiver. London is going into the weekend listed as questionable, but he’ll be a top-15 WR for me if he ends up being active this weekend. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Zay Flowers | BAL | 13.9 / 11.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Joey Porter | PIT | Moderate |
| The Ravens' passing game didn’t produce much last week, but Zay Flowers made the most of his opportunities finishing with four receptions for 30 yards and a touchdown. Flowers led the Ravens in both receptions and receiving yards and remains the only pass catcher that fantasy managers can feel confident starting in the Ravens must-win Week 18 matchup against the Steelers. I’ve got Flowers as a top-10 WR for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Joshua Palmer | BUF | 4.7 / 3.7 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Ja'SirTaylor | NYJ | Safe |
| Joshua Palmer finished with just one reception for 12 yards on two targets in Week 17 and has failed to record more than one reception since Week 12. It also appears Palmer has lost his field-stretching role to teammate Brandin Cooks as well and should be avoided in all formats. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Xavier Legette | CAR | 6.4 / 4.9 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Benjamin Morrison | TB | Safe |
| Xavier Legette caught his lone target in Week 17 and finished with just three yards. Legette has been held under 40 receiving yards in five straight games and should be avoided in all formats. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Rome Odunze | CHI | 12.7 / 10.8 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| D.J. Reed | DET | Moderate |
| Rome Odunze was able to log a limited practice on Friday, giving him a chance to see the field for the first time since Week 13. I would personally be surprised to see him on the field, but it’s something we at least have to consider now that he’s returned to practice. I would avoid playing Odunze if he does end up active, because the Bears are unlikely to rush him back to a full-time player before the playoffs. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Tee Higgins | CIN | 14 / 12.1 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Denzel Ward | CLE | Moderate |
| Tee Higgins was targeted five times in his Week 17 matchup against Arizona and finished with four receptions for 59 yards. While the stat sheet won’t blow you away, Higgins remains a must start on a weekly basis. I’ve got Higgins as a top-20 WR for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Cedric Tillman | CLE | 4.7 / 4.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Daxton Hill | CIN | Moderate |
| Cedric Tillman caught his only target for a big 42-yard gain, but was quiet outside of that one reception. Tillman has not finished with more than one reception in a game since Week 11 and should be avoided in all formats. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Ryan Flournoy | DAL | 7.2 / 7.6 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Paulson Adebo | NYG | Safe |
| Ryan Flournoy missed the Cowboys' Week 17 matchup due to a knee injury, but is off the injury report for this week and expected to resume his WR3 duties for the Dallas offense. While that’s good news for the Cowboys, the only time I’m interested in Flournoy for fantasy is if one of Lamb or Pickens is inactive, which is not the case this week. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Troy Franklin | DEN | 11.1 / 9 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Cam Hart | LAC | Moderate |
| Troy Franklin saw his snaps almost cut in half, playing just 38% of snaps in Week 17 and catching all four of his targets for just 17 yards. Considering the reduction in snaps came without Pat Bryant active, things can’t be anticipated to get much better with Pay Bryant expected to play in Week 18. Add a tough matchup on top of that, and Franklin is an avoid for me this week. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Isaac TeSlaa | DET | 4.6 / 5 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Jaylon Johnson | CHI | Moderate |
| At this point you just have to tip your cap to the efficiency that Isaac TeSlaa continues to score touchdowns. TeSlaa was targeted four times in Week 17 and finished with three receptions for 49 yards and scored another touchdown. TeSlaa has now scored a touchdown on 40% of his receptions this season and has scored in four of the last five games. I’m not the one that likes to bet on that type of outlier efficiency, so I’ve still got TeSlaa outside of my top-50 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Matthew Golden | GB | 5.3 / 4.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Isaiah Rodgers | MIN | Risky |
| Rookie Matthew Golden is expected to get some extended playing time in Week 18 with the Packers expected to rest their staters, but given how difficult the matchup is against the Vikings and the Packers rolling out their third-string quarterback in this game, I’m staying away from the Packers offense. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jayden Higgins | HOU | 7.5 / 6.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Mekhi Blackmon | IND | Safe |
| Jayden Higgins was targeted four times in Week 18 and caught two passes for 88 yards, one of which was a huge 75-yard touchdown early in the game to get the scoring started for the Texans. The long touchdown made for a solid fantasy day, but Higgins hasn’t had more than three receptions in a game since Week 13 which was against the Colts, his opponent for this week ironically enough. I’ve got Higgins just inside my top-50 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Michael Pittman | IND | 12.6 / 10.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Derek Stingley | HOU | Risky |
| Michael Pittman had another quiet showing in Week 17 finishing with two receptions for 16 yards on three targets. Pittman has now been held under 35 receiving yards in three straight games and things won’t get any easier this week against the Texans. I’ve got Pittman just inside my top-35 WRs for Week 18 but I’d prefer to avoid all Colts' pass catchers this week where possible. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jakobi Meyers | JAC | 11.2 / 8.8 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Darrell Baker | TEN | Safe |
| Jakobi Meyers was second among Jaguars' pass catchers with nine targets in Week 17 and finished with six receptions for 39 yards. The yardage total is tied for Meyers' lowest receiving yards in a game since being traded to Jacksonville, but he continues to be targeted at a high rate. In a plus matchup against Tennessee, I’ve got Meyers as a borderline top-15 WR for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Xavier Worthy | KC | 7.9 / 6.4 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Eric Stokes | LV | Risky |
| Xavier Worthy was held without a catch in Week 17 despite being targeted three times. Worthy and this Chiefs' passing offense should be avoided in all formats in Week 18 with QB Chris Oladokun under center. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Tre Tucker | LV | 10 / 8.2 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Nohl Williams | KC | Moderate |
| Tre Tucker led all Raiders receivers with five receptions for 49 yards on six targets and has seen five or more targets in three out of the last four weeks. The Chiefs are not the scary matchup they were for the majority of this season, so if you need to start a Raiders receiver this week, I think Tucker is the one you should turn too. I’ve got Tucker just inside my top-35 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Keenan Allen | LAC | 10.9 / 8.6 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Riley Moss | DEN | Moderate |
| Keenan Allen finished with just one reception for 17 yards on three targets in Week 17 and should be avoided in Week 18 against Denver if he ends up playing considering how difficult the matchup is and the fact that Trey Lance will be the Chargers QB for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Puka Nacua | LAR | 24.5 / 20.5 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Denzel Burke | ARI | Risky |
| Puka Nacua showed that he might be human after finishing with five receptions for 47 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets. That would be a solid stat line for most receivers, but this was the first time Nacua had less than 167 receiving yards since Week 13. Rams HC Sean McVay said that the starters are expected to play, but their playoff seeding could be determined before they ever take the field based on what happens on Saturday night in the Seahawks vs. 49ers showdown, so there’s at least still some risk that the Rams starters don’t play the full game. It’s a risk you need to keep in mind, but he would be a top-three WR for me this week if we knew he was playing his full allotment of snaps. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Theo Wease | MIA | 9.3 / 8.5 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Carlton Davis | NE | Moderate |
| Theo Wease was only targeted once in Week 17, but he made the most of it, turning it into a 63-yard touchdown reception. The matchup is a much more difficult one this week against New England, so I would avoid Wease in all formats. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jordan Addison | MIN | 10.7 / 9.1 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Keisean Nixon | GB | Moderate |
| Jordan Addison was targeted just once in Week 17 and held without a catch, but did take a handoff for 65 yards and a touchdown to save his fantasy day. I think it’s safe to say we can’t rely on 65-yard rushing touchdowns to bail out Addison for fantasy managers on a regular basis but with J.J. McCarthy expected to be back and a solid matchup against Green Bay, I’ve got Addison just inside my top-35 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Kyle Williams | NE | 3 / 3.4 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Jack Jones | MIA | Moderate |
| Rookie Kyle Williams should continue to see expanded snaps this week with Mack Hollins being placed on IR, but last week with both Mack Hollins and Kayshon Boutte out, Williams finished with just 3 receptions for 20 yards on 5 targets. Williams possesses the skill set to break off a big play on any given reception, but I’d avoid Williams this week. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Chris Olave | NO | 17.4 / 14.3 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| A.J. Terrell | ATL | Moderate |
| It was another day at the office for Chris Olave in Week 17, finishing with eight receptions for 119 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets. Olave has now seen a combined 27 targets over the last two weeks and remains a must start assuming he’s active this week. He’s currently questionable due to an illness. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Isaiah Hodgins | NYG | 4.6 / 4.5 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Trikweze Bridges | DAL | Safe |
| Isaiah Hodgins was targeted twice in Week 17 and finished with one reception for eight yards. Hodgins hasn’t had more than one reception in a game since Week 12 and should be avoided in all formats. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| John Metchie | NYJ | 4.5 / 4.3 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Christian Benford | BUF | Moderate |
| John Metchie caught all three of his targets in Week 17 and finished with 41 yards, most among Jets' pass catchers. With teammate Isaiah Williams getting more involved in the offense the last few weeks, that’s made Metchie even more difficult to trust. I’ve got Metchie outside of my top-50 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Jahan Dotson | PHI | 2.7 / 2.6 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Jonathan Jones | WAS | Safe |
| Jahan Dotson hasn’t had a game with more than 50 receiving yards since Week 1, but this could be his time to shine in a game where the Eagles are expected to rest their starters and are playing a vulnerable Washington Commanders secondary. I’d prefer not to rely on any Eagles pass catchers this week, but Dotson would be the one I’d take a shot on if I had to. I’ve got Dotson just inside my top-40 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Adam Thielen | PIT | 2.2 / 1.9 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Nate Wiggins | BAL | Moderate |
| Adam Thielen was targeted five times in Week 17 against the Cleveland Browns and finished with two receptions for 14 yards. Thielen played a season high 86% of snaps due to the DK Metcalf suspension and should see increased work once again this week, although, I prefer to stay away for fantasy purposes. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Rashid Shaheed | SEA | 9.4 / 7.6 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Deommodore Lenoir | SF | Moderate |
| Rashid Shaheed finished Week 17 with one reception for eight yards on one target while playing just 18% of snaps after being knocked out early due to a concussion. Shaheed has cleared concussion protocol and is expected to play in Week 18. He’s a boom-or-bust fantasy option, but the 49ers secondary has struggled most of this year. I’ve got Shaheed just inside my top-50 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Kendrick Bourne | SF | 6.5 / 6.1 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Josh Jobe | SEA | Moderate |
| Kendrick Bourne finished Week 17 with just one reception for 25 yards on one target. There’s a chance that Ricky Pearsall could miss Week 18, but with both Jauan Jennings and George Kittle set up to play, fantasy managers should avoid Bourne this week in a tough matchup against Seattle. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Emeka Egbuka | TB | 13.2 / 10.7 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Mike Jackson | CAR | Moderate |
| The second half struggles for Emeka Egbuka continued in Week 17 where he finished with just three receptions for 20 yards on five targets. Egbuka has been held under 50 receiving yards in six of his last seven games and hasn’t scored a touchdown since Week 10. I’ve got Egbuka just inside my top-50 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Elic Ayomanor | TEN | 7.2 / 6 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Montaric Brown | JAC | Moderate |
| Elic Ayomanor had easily his best fantasy game of the second half of his rookie season, finishing with four receptions for 37 yards and a touchdown on seven targets, which was tied for the team-lead. It was the first time that Ayomanor saw more than six targets in a game since Week 8 and he could have some deep flex appeal with fellow rookie Cam Ward starting to play better. I’ve got Ayomanor just inside my top-45 WRs for Week 18. | ||
| Wide Receiver | Team | DK / FD PPG |
| Treylon Burks | WAS | 3.7 / 3.1 |
| Cornerback | Opp | Matchup |
| Adoree' Jackson | PHI | Moderate |
| Treylon Burks finished Week 17 with just one reception for 11 yards on two targets and hasn’t had a game with more than two receptions since Week 10. Burks can be avoided in all formats. | ||
