NFL Picks, Predictions & Best Bets for Thursday Night Football, 11/6
Starting with the Broncos, they were featured in what will likely end up remaining as the best defensive battle of the entire season with the Houston Texans. Exactly what you’d expect to have happened played out - neither team reached 20 points. More accurately, it took a last-second field goal for an 18-15 Denver victory.
Of course, they’re only half of the equation for any NFL best bets for Thursday Night Football this week. The Raiders were at home this past Sunday, meaning a late afternoon game. The Jacksonville Jaguars had to take the long trip west, and that game took the Broncos’ finish one step further by going into overtime!
It was just the fifth OT game of the season thus far after the Jags and Raiders combined for 31 points in the fourth quarter alone. Ultimately, it ended in heartbreak for Las Vegas after failing a two-point conversion. With both teams having to quickly turn around from such crazy finishes, we need to find some value with our NFL best bets for Thursday Night Football.

Thursday Night Football Prediction for Raiders vs. BroncosÂ
While that was plenty of focus on the most recent games for these two AFC West rivals, what about beyond that? After all, we’re going to need more for some NFL best bets for Thursday Night Football. They haven’t faced one another yet this season, which means that Geno Smith has yet to face the Broncos as a Raider.
However, Denver QB Bo Nix has led his team to two victories over Las Vegas last season - both of which were by double digits. What made those wins even more significant for the franchise was the fact that it snapped an eight-game losing streak to the Raiders! Now, as the best fourth-quarter team in the NFL, even those outside of Denver are enjoying their games.
All that said, the Las Vegas fan base can also be excited that Brock Bowers returned this past Sunday, who didn’t even need his full rookie season to establish himself as one of the best TEs in the NFL. Given his performances against the Broncos last season, he can absolutely be considered for your NFL best bets for Thursday Night Football.
Brock Bowers had double-digit targets in both games, but it was the game in Denver (where this one will be) that was the far better performance, with 97 yards and a score. However, we still can’t ignore that Denver’s defense is among the best in the NFL, and the Raiders also traded away Jakobi Meyers this week. Let’s take it all into account and finally get into the top pick from our NFL best bets for Thursday Night Football.

Raiders vs. Broncos Best Bet for NFL Week 10: Bo Nix Anytime TDÂ (Use His Sleeper Fantasy Card)
After all the talk about Brock Bowers, we’re going to be keeping things through the air, but with the other team in this TNF matchup. As you can see, we’re going to be getting some incredible plus-money odds at traditional sportsbooks, so let’s start talking about why we see enough value to make it the top pick from our NFL best bets for Thursday Night Football.
For the many flaws of the Raiders, one thing they do well is stop the run on defense. They do so infinitely better than they do stopping teams through the air, and the difference is easy to see. While they have the NFL’s fourth-best defensive EPA per rush, they have the league’s sixth-worst EPA per pass.
That means plenty of drop-backs for Bo Nix, and we know how much he loves to scramble. He averaged 13 yards per rush this past Sunday, and while he didn’t find the endzone, all three of his rushing TDs this season have come at home (four such games total). Furthermore, he did the same against the Raiders last season.
It was one of his first NFL starts ever - Week 5 of his rookie year - and he had eight rush attempts with a TD against Las Vegas. That game was also at home, so it’s all a perfect recipe for the top pick from our NFL best bets for Thursday Night Football being on Bo Nix anytime TD (add to a Sleeper Fantasy lineup) - or grab some huge plus-money odds at a sportsbook!Â
