NFL Picks, Predictions & Best Bets for Monday Night Football, 11/3
The Cowboys have back-to-back prime time games, as after their bye week next week, they’ll be featured on Monday Night Football yet again! Speaking of which, the Cardinals come into this MNF matchup off their bye week, and it’s safe to say that those looking to their NFL best bets for Monday Night Football in Arizona needed that week off badly.
After a 2-0 start to the season, the Cardinals have lost five straight, also missing QB Kyler Murray in the last two games. Even their two wins this season came over the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers, two of the worst teams in the NFL, despite the Panthers already exceeding their win total from last year.
That said, the Cowboys have been an absolute rollercoaster ride this season, never knowing what you’re going to get. That includes a tie on Sunday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers, so just about everything is on the table when it comes to locking in our NFL best bets for Monday Night Football.

Monday Night Football Prediction for Cardinals vs. Cowboys
First and foremost, we now know the status of Kyler Murray for our NFL picks. Despite nearly being ready to go in Week 7 and the Cardinals having just had their bye week, Kyler Murray is officially OUT with a foot sprain. Facing this high-flying Dallas offense, his dual-threat ability will be missed for sure.
That’s especially true given the polar opposite of the Cowboys offense - the Cowboys defense. This would be a matchup where RB James Conner would be licking his chops, but the bruising back has left the Arizona RB room in turmoil. It’s certainly not the easiest spot to navigate for our NFL best bets for Monday Night Football.
We certainly couldn’t blame anyone for wanting to target Cardinals vs. Cowboys player props in terms of Arizona guys. The Dallas defense truly is as bad as advertised; they just allowed a Denver Broncos offense to score 44 points, which is one that had been completely shut out for three quarters the game prior.
Having said that, we can now smoothly transition into the top pick from our NFL best bets for Monday Night Football.

Cardinals vs. Cowboys Best Bet for NFL Week 9: Over 26.5 First Half Points (Add Player Pick ‘Ems at Sleeper)
Given how close he was to returning prior to the bye week, the expectation was for Kyler Murray to return and be under center for this game in his home state. Although he went to Oklahoma, he started his collegiate career at Texas A&M, and although we learned Saturday that he will be out, we still expect plenty of fireworks early and often for the Cards AND the Cowboys.
The Dallas defense truly does speak for itself at this point, as they allow OVER 31 points per game! Until facing a daunting Denver defense this past Sunday, they had the best offense to pair with that poor defense in many regards, and even afterwards, they’re still second in the NFL in terms of points per game at 30.8/game.
Similarly, while the Broncos largely bottled them up, they still average 17.1 first-half points per game, second in the league once again. What may be more surprising is that Arizona is nearly inside the top 10 in terms of first-half points per game, and now they’re going to be rested while facing an abysmal defense.
Admittedly, you’ll see that the Cards have been solid defensively in the first two quarters, but they haven’t faced the likes of this Dallas offense, especially when it’s this hungry after getting embarrassed, at home AND in prime time.
Taking all that into account, we’ve got over 26.5 first half points (enjoy Sleeper Fantasy player cards as well) as the top pick from ourÂ
