NFL Injury Report 2025 - Fantasy Football Week 18: Josh Allen, Amon-Ra St. Brown
Updated 1/2
The final week of the regular season. Multiple teams are fighting for just a few playoff spots, and no one is safe from the injury bug. With playoff spots on the line, let’s take a peek and see which teams may or may not be missing some of their biggest stars.
Let’s dive in.
Â
Â
NFL Week 18 Injury Report: Quarterbacks
Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens
1/2 UPDATE
Lamar will return from his injury this weekend and start the final game for Baltimore as they attempt to make the playoffs.Â
At this stage, Lamar is expected to return from his back injury for the team's Week 18 game against the Steelers with a playoff spot on the line. Huntley played fine in his relief, but Derrick Henry was the true star of the game with over 200 yards and 4 TDs on the ground.
Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills
1/2 UPDATE
Allen is expected to play this weekend after dealing with a foot injury. It remains to be seen how much he will play, given that the team’s playoff spot is secured.Â
Allen underwent another set of X-rays on his injured foot on Sunday, and it was determined that those were negative. This is the 2nd straight game with this occurring, so it’s clearly hampering his performance, and he may sit out week 18 for the playoffs.
Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers
1/2 UPDATE
Love has cleared concussion protocol, but Clayton Tune will start the week 18 game for Green Bay with their playoff spot secured. This will give Love a chance to get healthier to start the Wild Card playoff.
While Love missed week 17 due to a concussion, Matt LaFluer did state that he would resume starting once healthy, but declined to say if players may be rested in week 18 with the Chicago Bears having secured the division title.
Geno Smith, Las Vegas Raiders
1/2 UPDATE
Smith is not likely to play this weekend after suffering a high ankle sprain. With the No. 1 Pick currently, the team is expected to draft his replacement in the 2026 NFL Draft.Â
Smith suffered a high ankle sprain in the team's week 17 loss to the Giants. He’s unlikely to play in week 18, and we will likely see Kenny Pickett start the team's final game on their way to the top pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
J.J. McCarthy, Minnesota Vikings
1/2 UPDATE
McCarthy has no designation heading into the weekend and will start this weekend against Green Bay.Â
McCarthy is progressing, and swelling has come down in his injured hand, but his status for week 18 will be determined throughout the week.Â
Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers
1/2 UPDATE
Herbert was limited to start the week, but was a DNP on Thursday. He’s still expected to play this weekend.Â
Marcus Mariota, Washington Commanders
1/2 UPDATE
Mariota has been ruled out with hand and quad injuries this weekend. Josh Johnson will start in his place this weekend.Â
Â
Â
NFL Week 18 Injury Report: Running Backs
Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints
1/2 UPDATE
Kamara has officially been ruled out for Sunday's game against Atlanta. His season will end with his last game being played on November 23rd.Â
At this point, Kamara is not expected to return to action in 2025 with nothing on the line for the team. Audric Estime took over the majority of rushing work in Week 17, and I expect him to do the same in Week 18.
Javonte Williams, Dallas Cowboys
1/2 UPDATE
Williams had suffered a neck and shoulder injury and will sit out the season finale. The RB had a bounce-back year, but enters free agency this offseason.Â
Omarion Hampton, Los Angeles Chargers
1/2 UPDATE
Hampton did not practice as of Thursday with an ankle injury. His status is uncertain for the weekend.
Blake Corum/Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams
1/2 UPDATE
Corum has returned to practice on Friday as he deals with an ankle injury. He’s expected to play this weekend, as is fellow injured RB Kyren Williams, also dealing with an ankle injury.
De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins
1/2 UPDATE
Achane has been dealing with a shoulder injury and is a game-time decision for this weekend. With the game meaningless for Miami, I’m expecting him to be inactive this weekend.Â
Aaron Jones, Minnesota Vikings
1/2 UPDATE
Jones has officially been ruled out with a hip injury. His oft-injured season will end with his performance in week 17.Â
Breece Hall, New York Jets
1/2 UPDATE
Hall has been limited with a knee issue in practice this week. If he plays this weekend, he’s expected to see a majority of the work with Isaiah Davis out this week with a concussion.
Â
Â
NFL Week 18 Injury Report: Wide Receivers
Rome Odunze, Chicago Bears
1/2 UPDATE
Odunze has returned to practice as of Friday and will be listed as questionable. The team may opt to rest him with the playoffs coming, so monitor reports as we approach game time.Â
Odunze has still not returned to practice, and I’m expecting him to be inactive in week 18 with little on the line for Chicago besides seeding.
Luther Burden, Chicago Bears
1/2 UPDATE
Burden has no injury designation heading into the weekend. He’ll be good to go and could be joined by his teammate, Rome Odunze.Â
Burden suffered a quad injury at the end of the game and had to be carted off the field. After the game, though, he seemed fine and mostly just tired, likely meaning this won’t impact him much moving into the playoffs.
Marvin Harrison, Arizona Cardinals
1/2 UPDATE
Harrison will be inactive for the regular season finale. A disappointing end to an up-and-down sophomore campaign for the WR.Â
Harrison left Sunday’s game with a reaggravation of the heel injury that caused him to miss time recently. I’m expecting Marv to be shut down for the remainder of the year with no playoff spot on the line for Arizona, making Michael Wilson Jr a fringe WR1 in the final week of the season.
Drake London, Atlanta Falcons
1/2 UPDATE
London played Monday night, but was limited to just 2 targets. He’s listed as questionable and is expected to play, but the upside is much lower than usual.Â
London is listed as questionable for Monday night's game with a knee injury. This is likely precautionary, and he’s expected to play tonight.
Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions
1/2 UPDATE
ARSB is dealing with knee and ankle injuries as they enter Week 18 out of playoff contention. That said, coach Dan Campbell said the WR is trending towards playing.Â
ARSB suffered a knee injury in week 17 and is currently day-to-day for their season finale in Chicago. With Detroit out of the playoffs and just playing for pride, ARSB may sit out this one.
Rashid Shaheed, Seattle Seahawks
1/2 UPDATE
Shaheed suffered a concussion on Sunday and was removed from the game. He will need to clear protocol to play in Week 18, but I’m expecting him to be inactive with the playoffs right around the corner for Seattle.

Dontayvion Wicks, Green Bay Packers
1/2 UPDATE
Wicks suffered a concussion and is unlikely to play this week. Green Bay is resting a majority of their starters this weekend, and I wouldn’t expect Wicks to play even if he clears protocol.Â
Xavier Worthy, Kansas City Chiefs
1/2 UPDATE
Worthy has been added to the injury report with an illness. He’s officially listed as doubtful for the season finale.Â
Jaylen Waddle, Miami Dolphins
1/2 UPDATE
Waddle has been dealing with a rib injury and has been limited in practice. He’s officially listed as questionable, and the team may opt to keep him out, given that the game is not impactful for the team.
Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints
1/2 UPDATE
Olave has been added to the injury report with an illness. This will keep him out of the final game of the season.
Â
Â
NFL Week 18 Injury Report: Tight Ends
Ja'Tavion Sanders, Carolina Panthers
Sanders suffered a broken ankle during their week 17 loss, likely ending his season, as he will undergo surgery to repair it. He may be able to return should Carolina make it to the playoffs, but they’ll be without him for the time being.
Harold Fannin, Cleveland Browns
1/2 UPDATE
Fannin has been ruled out with his groin injury. The rookie TE will end his season injured, but he was a spectacular fantasy performer for teams down the stretch.Â
Fannin aggravated the groin injury he suffered in practice on Friday and came out of the game as a result. He will undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury, but his season is likely over.
David Njoku, Cleveland Browns
1/2 UPDATE
Njoku has been ruled out with a knee injury as well as a personal designation. The tight end will end his season having played 12 games but recorded just 33 receptions, his lowest total since 2020.Â
Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys
1/2 UPDATE
Ferguson left the team's Christmas Day game with a calf injury and did not return. While he may attempt to play in week 18, Dallas is out of playoff contention, and the team may opt to rest him with eyes towards 2026.

George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers
1/2 UPDATE
Kittle has returned to practice and is officially listed as questionable. Even if he plays this weekend, his snaps will likely be limited.Â
Kittle ultimately sat out against the Bears in week 17. He’s expected to return to practice this week, but I’m expecting the team to sit him and get him healthy for the playoffs.Â
Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons
1/2 UPDATE
Kyle Pitts is officially listed as questionable with a knee injury. Head coach Raheem Morris is optimistic that he’ll be available for the season finale, but that remains to be seen until game time.
Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills
1/2 UPDATE
Kincaid is officially listed as questionable with his knee injury. He was limited in practice all week after missing week 17’s game, and with a playoff spot secured, the team could opt to give him the week off to get healthy.Â
T.J. Hockenson, Minnesota Vikings
1/2 UPDATE
Hockenson has been ruled out for week 18. His season is over.
Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles
1/2 UPDATE
Goedert missed practice this week due to a knee injury. With the playoffs locked up for Philly, I’m not expecting him to play.Â
