NFL Injury Report 2025 - Fantasy Football Week 18: Josh Allen, Amon-Ra St. Brown
The final week of the regular season. Multiple teams are fighting for just a few playoff spots, and no one is safe from the injury bug. With playoff spots on the line, let’s take a peek and see which teams may or may not be missing some of their biggest stars.
Let’s dive in.

Â
NFL Week 18 Injury Report: Quarterbacks
Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens
At this stage, Lamar is expected to return from his back injury for the team's Week 18 game against the Steelers with a playoff spot on the line. Huntley played fine in his relief, but Derrick Henry was the true star of the game with over 200 yards and 4 TDs on the ground.
Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills
Allen underwent another set of X-rays on his injured foot on Sunday, and it was determined that those were negative. This is the 2nd straight game with this occurring, so it’s clearly hampering his performance, and he may sit out week 18 for the playoffs.
Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers
While Love missed week 17 due to a concussion, Matt LaFluer did state that he would resume starting once healthy, but declined to say if players may be rested in week 18 with the Chicago Bears having secured the division title.
Geno Smith, Las Vegas Raiders
Smith suffered a high ankle sprain in the team's week 17 loss to the Giants. He’s unlikely to play in week 18, and we will likely see Kenny Pickett start the team's final game on their way to the top pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
J.J. McCarthy, Minnesota Vikings
McCarthy is progressing, and swelling has come down in his injured hand, but his status for week 18 will be determined throughout the week.Â

NFL Week 18 Injury Report: Running Backs
Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints
At this point, Kamara is not expected to return to action in 2025 with nothing on the line for the team. Audric Estime took over the majority of rushing work in Week 17, and I expect him to do the same in week 18.

NFL Week 18 Injury Report: Wide Receivers
Rome Odunze, Chicago Bears
Odunze has still not returned to practice, and I’m expecting him to be inactive in week 18 with little on the line for Chicago besides seeding.
Luther Burden, Chicago Bears
Burden suffered a quad injury at the end of the game and had to be carted off the field. After the game, though, he seemed fine and mostly just tired, likely meaning this won’t impact him much moving into the playoffs.
Marvin Harrison, Arizona Cardinals
Harrison left Sunday’s game with a reaggravation of the heel injury that caused him to miss time recently. I’m expecting Marv to be shut down for the remainder of the year with no playoff spot on the line for Arizona, making Michael Wilson Jr a fringe WR1 in the final week of the season.
Drake London, Atlanta Falcons
London is listed as questionable for Monday night's game with a knee injury. This is likely precautionary, and he’s expected to play tonight.
Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions
ARSB suffered a knee injury in week 17 and is currently day-to-day for their season finale in Chicago. With Detroit out of the playoffs and just playing for pride, ARSB may sit out this one.
Rashid Shaheed, Seattle Seahawks
Shaheed suffered a concussion on Sunday and was removed from the game. He will need to clear protocol to play in week 18, but I’m expecting him to be inactive with the playoffs right around the corner for Seattle.

NFL Week 18 Injury Report: Tight Ends
JaTavion Sanders, Carolina Panthers
Sanders suffered a broken ankle during their week 17 loss, likely ending his season, as he will undergo surgery to repair it. He may be able to return should Carolina make it to the playoffs, but they’ll be without him for the time being.
Harold Fannin, Cleveland Browns
Fannin aggravated the groin injury he suffered in practice on Friday and came out of the game as a result. He will undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the injury, but his season is likely over.
Jake Ferguson, Dallas Cowboys
Ferguson left the team's Christmas Day game with a calf injury and did not return. While he may attempt to play in week 18, Dallas is out of playoff contention, and the team may opt to rest him with eyes towards 2026.
George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers
Kittle ultimately sat out against the Bears in week 17. He’s expected to return to practice this week, but I’m expecting the team to sit him and get him healthy for the playoffs.Â
