NFL DFS Game Stacks Week 2, 2026: Best Games to Target & Stack
Week 2 has a much wider gap between the good spots and the bad ones than Week 1 did, and this week you actually need to check the weather app before you lock anything in. Using Vegas totals, spreads and our ownership model, here's how we're attacking the Week 2 main slate: thirteen games running from Commanders-Cowboys at the top of the totals board down to Eagles-Titans buried at the bottom. Detroit and Buffalo already got their Thursday game in, so neither one shows up here. One name worth flagging up top: Bijan Robinson is the single highest-owned player on the entire slate, north of 38% on both sites, so the Panthers-Falcons game carries more weight than its 44.0 total alone would suggest.
Best NFL DFS Game Environments for Week 2
Eight games are sitting at 44 or better, and Commanders-Cowboys is the clear headliner at 50.5. Vikings-Bears (48.0), Saints-Ravens (46.5), Bengals-Texans (46.0), Jaguars-Broncos (45.5), Dolphins-49ers (45.0), Packers-Jets (44.5) and Panthers-Falcons (44.0) round out the group, with Raiders-Chargers (43.5) just on the outside looking in.
On the other end, Eagles-Titans is stuck at 39.5, the low man on the board, with Arizona-Seattle (41.0) and a Steelers-Patriots/Browns-Buccaneers tie at 41.5 not doing much better. That's an 11-point gap from top to bottom, so build accordingly. And don't just chase the number blindly this week: Vikings-Bears and Packers-Jets both look great on paper, but the forecast for both is ugly enough that it should change how you build around them.
Best NFL DFS Games to Stack
Commanders-Cowboys (DAL -4, 50.5 total)
Dak and CeeDee Lamb are the chalk of the week, and honestly, fair enough: highest total on the board, plenty of juice on both sides. George Pickens is quietly picking up real run too, notably more on DraftKings than FanDuel if you're building single-site. Want to zag instead?
Washington's side gets you into the same shootout without the ownership tax; McLaurin and Daniels are both sitting there lightly owned. On the ground, Javonte Williams is one of the more popular backs on the entire slate and doubles as your comeback piece if you're leaning into Washington's passing game, while Jacory Croskey-Merritt is the cheap, way-under-the-radar option running through Dallas instead.
Vikings-Bears (CHI -4.5, 48.0 total)
Second-highest total of the week, but bring an umbrella. The forecast has rain near 70% at kickoff with wind sustained around 20 mph and gusts pushing 30, exactly the kind of combo that turns a shootout into a slog. If you're still building here, Caleb Williams and Luther Burden are your correlated Chicago pieces, though Colston Loveland has actually out-owned Burden at tight end.
On the Minnesota side, Kyler Murray is officially out, so it's Carson Wentz under center, and that hasn't slowed anybody down on Justin Jefferson. He's still the most-rostered guy in this whole game regardless of who's throwing him the ball. Aaron Jones is right there with him too, one of the more popular running backs on the entire slate, so the rain and wind might end up mattering more for the passing pieces than the ground game either team leans on.
Saints-Ravens (BAL -8.5, 46.5 total)
Lamar and Mark Andrews are both getting hammered with ownership on both sites, Andrews specifically pulling tight end chalk almost nobody else on the slate can touch. Rashod Bateman is sneaking in as a real third piece too, and Derrick Henry is right up there with Andrews as one of the most popular players on the entire slate, so this is as much a workhorse-back game as it is a passing stack.
Flip over to New Orleans and Chris Olave is carrying a Questionable tag, and if you want the cheap, way-lower-owned comeback, Devaughn Vele's your guy if the Saints have to sling it just to keep pace against an 8.5-point favorite.
Bengals-Texans (HOU -2.5, 46.0 total)
Burrow's Questionable tag has the field spooked, and it shows: everybody's piled onto Houston instead. Dalton Schultz is the single most-owned player in this entire game at a $3,200 salary, which tells you exactly how much confidence the field has in Cincinnati's passing attack right now. Stroud is the safer correlated piece into the favorite. Chase is still plenty popular in his own right, so keep an eye on Burrow's final status, because if he's a go, that ownership could shift back in a hurry.
Jaguars-Broncos (DEN -2.5, 45.5 total)
Quietest game anywhere near the top of the board. Parker Washington has clearly taken over as Jacksonville's top target, and Jakobi Meyers is getting more run than Brian Thomas at this point too, for what it's worth. On the other side, Bo Nix and Jaylen Waddle are both basically empty rosters despite Denver being the favorite. Wide open, lightly owned, exactly the kind of spot sharp players like to attack.
Dolphins-49ers (SF -13, 45.0 total)
The total says shootout, the spread says total mismatch. San Francisco -13 is the widest number on the slate, and that usually means Miami garbage-time volume more than an actual back-and-forth. Purdy is the more popular quarterback here, and Kittle's Questionable tag is worth checking before you lock him in. Christian McCaffrey is the real chalk of this game, though, one of the highest-owned running backs on the entire slate regardless of the lopsided number.
Miami's receivers are basically freerolls at this point; they only matter if the Niners jump out big and Miami has to chuck it just to save face.

Best Contrarian NFL DFS Stacks
These games sit further down the totals board, but the ownership on them is practically begging to be exploited.
- Raiders-Chargers stack: Ladd McConkey is Questionable, not officially ruled out, which is an important distinction, because the field's treating him like he's already inactive and dumping everybody onto Quentin Johnston instead, who's sitting near 22% on FanDuel. If you think McConkey plays, that's your leverage right there. Otherwise, Tre' Harris is the real under-the-radar piece. Omarion Hampton is also climbing into must-play range in this backfield, though Jeanty's still the more popular back in the game.
- Steelers-Patriots stack: Drake Maye with Demario Douglas or Mack Hollins is basically a ghost town; nobody's touching this game given the modest total. Jaylen Warren is your running back comeback on the Pittsburgh side.
- Browns-Buccaneers stack: Baker Mayfield and Chris Godwin are sitting in a spread most people are writing off entirely. Bucky Irving is actually pulling real ownership in this game despite everything else being ignored, so the passing game is the true contrarian piece, not the backfield. Go even further off the board, and Harold Fannin or KC Concepcion Jr. are the Cleveland pieces that only matter if this stays closer than an 8.5-point line.
NFL DFS Games to Fade
- Vikings-Bears and Packers-Jets: both rank near the top of the totals board, and both come with weather that should make you think twice. Vikings-Bears is looking at 70%+ rain with sustained 20 mph wind and stronger gusts; Packers-Jets might see rain the entire game. That's exactly the setup that turns a good-looking passing stack into a dud, and Green Bay's already down Josh Jacobs, so the backfield picture there is murky too.
- Eagles-Titans (39.5, dead last on the slate): Philly's favored by 7.0 and this has 'run it and go home' written all over it, not a shootout.
- Arizona-Seattle (41.0): Sam Darnold is out, so it's Drew Lock's show now, an unproven arm in a game that wasn't exactly thrilling to begin with.
NFL DFS Stack Rankings for Week 2
Ranked by Vegas total first, with ownership on both sites settling any ties in leverage.
| Rank | QB / WR Stack | Game | Total | Spread | DK Own% | FD Own% |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Dak Prescott / CeeDee Lamb | DAL/WAS | 50.5 | DAL -4 | 19.3% | 15.1% |
| 2 | Caleb Williams / Luther Burden | CHI/MIN | 48.0 | CHI -4.5 | 8.6% | 13.2% |
| 3 | Lamar Jackson / Mark Andrews | BAL/NO | 46.5 | BAL -8.5 | 11.2% | 15.1% |
| 4 | C.J. Stroud / Dalton Schultz | HOU/CIN | 46.0 | HOU -2.5 | 18.2% | 10.4% |
| 5 | Bo Nix / Jaylen Waddle | DEN/JAX | 45.5 | DEN -2.5 | 3.2% | 7.5% |
| 6 | Brock Purdy / George Kittle | SF/MIA | 45.0 | SF -13 | 6.0% | 5.1% |
| 7 | Jordan Love / Matthew Golden | GB/NYJ | 44.5 | GB -3.5 | 9.7% | 5.7% |
| 8 | Bryce Young / Jalen Coker | CAR/ATL | 44.0 | CAR -2.5 | 7.2% | 5.5% |
Commanders-Cowboys is the chalk play of the week, no surprise given it tops the board on both total and ownership. If you want a genuine off-the-radar play near the top of the totals sheet, Denver-Jacksonville is the one: Bo Nix and Jaylen Waddle are barely getting touched anywhere despite Denver being favored in a 45.5-point game.
