NFL Week 16 is here and we're building all sorts of winning DFS lineups. The main slate Playbook is live and we've identified who our favorite plays are,  but now it's time to dig up some of our favorite value picks.

 

 

Welcome to the NFL Week 16 DFS Dart Board. If you're building GPP lineups and you're trying to fit players like Jahmyr Gibbs, Justin Jefferson and Brock Bowers, you're going to need some strong DFS bargains and value picks. But again, it's more than just about the price tag. It's also about opportunity and low ownership. If we can find players who fit all three criteria, then we are in business. 

NFL DFS Week 16 Dart Board Preview

If you've already checked in with the Playbook then you've seen a few of the more intriguing value plays. Michael Penix Jr and Patrick Taylor are expected to be highly-owned value picks, so competing against lineups that are using them will be difficult if they both hit. That's why we are likely to use at least one in each of our cash lineups. If the chalk hits, we keep pace. If it doesn't, then we aren't hurt because everyone is using them. For our GPP tournaments, however, it's going to be a different story as I don't particularly care for either player and feel like they could both bust this week. That's why I'm still mining for value here. Free squares in cash games are fine, but a zero in GPP tournaments, even if it's high-owned, isn't going to help you hit the big money.
