For the first time in this column there were three voided bets. Three. We must have had the sportsbooks trembling in the knees as they ordered our players to sit out a game. The sad part is yesterday’s best bets were delivered at the last minute of the company deadline. This is done in order to gather as much information as possible. Just to have three voided bets.

The good news is we were perfect yesterday! Michael Porter cleared his point line by 9.5 points. A teased up line was mentioned for Porter Jr's bet and had we teased it twice, it would have been successful. However a win is a win, and profit is a good thing regardless of the betting circumstances.

There are seven games today, and Fantasy Alarm NBA Best Bets rolls with favorable team and player props that are too good to pass up.

NBA Best Bets Today, 12/7: Picks, Predictions & Player Props - Sunday

Golden State Warriors vs Chicago Bulls: Sunday 12/7

Game Time: 7:00 PM ET | TV: NBA League Pass | Location: United Center | Odds: GS -1.0 | O/U 227.5

Prediction: CHI Bulls Win Margin 1 - 10 (+195 FanDuel Sportsbook)

The Chicago Bulls are not playing as well as they did to begin the season. They have lost seven of their last ten games, including a six-game losing streak. The longest in the Eastern Conference, and tied with the New Orleans Pelicans for longest in the Association. They have a -4.0 differential, and allow the fourth most points per game to opposing teams, 122.5.

The Golden State Warriors are also not playing as well as they did to begin the season. The absence of Stephen Curry has really hurt this team. They have lost six of their last ten games, they are 12 - 12 this season, but are only 5 - 9 on the road. This is their second of back-to-back road matches, and they held off a comeback attempt by the Cleveland Cavaliers last night.

The Bulls are rested, and have a much younger roster. Despite that the Bulls are +1.0 underdogs against the old Warriors. Take advantage of great odds, and expect the Bulls to outplay a visiting team. Put a unit on Chicago’s 1 - 10 win margin.

Boston Celtics vs Toronto Raptors: Sunday 12/7

Game Time: 3:30 PM ET | TV: Local | Location: Scotiabank Arena | Odds: BOS -2.5 | O/U: 226.5

Prediction: Derrick White 4+ Made Three's (+164 on DraftKings Sportsbook) 1.5U

Derrick White is attempting just as many threes this season as he did last season. He and the Boston Celtics are on the road against the Toronto Raptors today, and this game is projected within a field goal too. This bet avoids a 50/50 straight bet for a teased up player proposition that is the best bet of this match.

White’s three point line is currently set at 2.5 with heavy juice on the over, -174. Instead of taking the juiced up line, tease the line up one, and get fantastic odds of +164. White has made 4 or more threes in three consecutive matches, and four of his last five. He attempted 10 or more threes in every game he successfully made four, and attempted just 8 in the game he did not.

Boston should look his way often as the defense collapses on teammate Jaylen Brown’s penetration into the paint. This should leave him several uncontested three point attempts. Put 1.5 units on White to continue making threes, this time four or more.

NBA Total Bet Today, 12/7

MEM Win Margin 1 - 10 (+185 FanDuel Sportsbook)

POR Win Margin 1 - 10 (+190 FanDuel Sportsbook)

Arbitrage betting has not been mentioned in this column, but it is a strategy of placing wagers on an opposing wager at different odds. One sportsbook may have it +110 for team A to win against team B. While another sportsbook may have team B to win against team A at +108. If you bet both teams at the same wager amount, a win is guaranteed. This is arbitrage betting.

Today’s bet is similar to arbitrage betting, or possibly hedged arbitrage is a better way to perceive it. However it can lose, but the expectation is for this game to be close regardless of who wins it. That is why each team’s win margin 1 - 10 is the best bet. At +185, and +190 the bet brings in almost a full unit in return regardless of the winner. It just can’t be 11 or higher.

Put a unit on each wager, and cheer for an accurate spread of -1 for either team.
