They say good things come in threes, and Meatloaf was served for the third day in a row! All three were the lowest totals in his past four games. What was detrimental to over 24.5 points was Johnson going 5 of 19 from the field. That, too, was his lowest amount in his last four games.

The Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic scored 117 points in the first half. Well over half of the needed total. The second half was a different story, as both defenses showed up. The final score was 114 - 98, well below the 227.5 point total. Josh Giddey and the Chicago Bulls started hot against the Los Angeles Lakers, but the Lakers responded quickly. Giddey cleared the 14.5 point line with 8:00 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. It was just his fifth field goal of the game, but sometimes that is enough to get to 15 points. 

For the third day in a row, we proved that ‘two out of three ain’t bad’. There are seven games today, and a couple of teams are playing in the second of back-to-back games. The Philadelphia 76ers host the Milwaukee Bucks at Xfinity Mobile Arena on NBC/Peacock. Despite playing in the second of back-to-back games, they are double-digit favorites. Milwaukee will be without Giannis Antetokounmpo, but that doesn’t mean they are void of talent. 

Hence, the best bet of today is to take the Bucks +10.5. There is no telling who will sit for the 76ers in the second of back-to-back games. Meanwhile, Kyle Kuzma, Bobby Portis, Myles Turner, and Ryan Rollins are all great and capable scorers. 

Philadelphia allows an average of 115.8 points per game, and Milwaukee scores an average of 111.9 points per game. That is less than a four-point difference, yet the spread is over double. Antetokounmpo has missed games this season, and the Bucks are already familiar without him in the lineup. Put a unit on Milwaukee to cover the spread on the road. 

Portland Trail Blazers vs Washington Wizards: Tuesday 1/27

The Portland Trail Blazers are another team that played last night. They were at TD Garden, playing against the Boston Celtics. Now they have to play their second game in less than 26 hours, with a few hours' flight in between. The Washington Wizards were able to rest and welcome the Trail Blazers to Capital One Arena with fresh legs.

However, Washington is an awful team by any metric; a 10 - 34 record, 6 - 15 at home, they have lost 9 consecutive games, and they only average 112.3 points per game. They just traded for a player who won’t be able to play until next month, and winning doesn’t seem to be a priority to anyone in the organization, from the owner down to the ticket office.

Portland will be tired, and Washington does not care. That is a perfect recipe for the under to be successful in today’s match. Put a unit on the best bet of under 233.5 points today

 

 

 

NBA Prop Bet Today, 1/27

Ivica Zubac has not been mentioned in the 2026 calendar year, and that is something we are going to change. He has been on a roll, and it’s no coincidence that the Los Angeles Clippers are on a roll as well. Zubac is a player who has constantly developed year-by-year, and his tenth year is no different.

Although a veteran in his tenth season, he is a young 28. The age when several basketball players begin their peak era. The Clippers have won eight of their last ten games, and Zubac has recorded a double-double in five consecutive games. He has recorded 11 or more rebounds in five of his last six games as well. He is a great center and should use his knowledge and size in this match.

The last best bet of today focuses on his rebounds as the Clippers play against the Utah Jazz. Utah has big players in their frontcourt, and Zubac will have to put in the effort, but that is never a question with Zubac. He has recorded those double-digit rebounds in minutes ranging from 22 to 39. 

Zubac will deliver in his job of controlling missed field goals just as he’s done all season. He has an average of 11. 0 rebounds per game, and this match needs his average to be successful. Put a unit on Zubac to earn his average amount of rebounds against a less-than-average team.
