Knicks vs. Pacers Predictions For NBA Playoffs ECF Game 4, 5/27
Well, hopefully you stuck with us for our Knicks vs. Pacers predictions for Game 3. It’s not just that we hit our plus-money pick on New York’s money line, but also that it came to fruition in the exact way that we said it would need to.
That was with Karl-Anthony Towns stepping up, and we’ll fully dive into that coming up. As much as we loved seeing what we wanted and expected for our Game 3 best bet, it certainly wasn’t without a sweat - the Knicks found themselves down by 20 points near halftime. So, rather than a Pacers comeback, New York needed one this time around.
While it was fueled by clutch-time KAT, we also saw Josh Hart pull down some clutch boards after head coach Tom Thibodeau made the call to have him come off the bench and start Mitch Robinson instead. Since it worked out, we’ll be interested to see if he goes with that lineup again.
Regardless, the Knicks vs. Pacers odds for Game 4 are nearly identical to Sunday’s, and this time, we’ve got a different approach than just a winner regarding the best bet from our Knicks vs. Pacers predictions.

New York Knicks: Karl-Anthony Towns Comes Up Clutch
We called out Karl-Anthony Towns for not showing up when it mattered most - he went 0-for-1 in the fourth quarter in Game 3. Not only did he take more than one field goal attempt, but he scored 20 in the final frame alone! That included three electric three-pointers and fueled the Knicks' huge 20-point comeback.
While that deficit was in the first half, let's not forget that the Knicks also had back-to-back 20+ point comebacks against the Boston Celtics last round to get out to a 2-0 series lead. KAT’s late explosion was also needed, as New York was still down by 10 points entering the fourth quarter. We calling him out may mean nothing to him, but we appreciated KAT stepping up.

Â
Indiana Pacers: Hoping For The Knicks Original Starting Five
While Karl-Anthony Towns was busy scoring 20 points in the fourth quarter, the Pacers' entire team scored 20 points in that final frame. Although KAT wasn’t the focus of the lineup switch by Thibs, the Pacers will be hoping that he reverts to their original starting five. Well, they should be at least.
Simply winning the first two games of the series on the road to take a 2-0 lead is reason enough to hope for it, but it’s also proven from a numbers standpoint. When Indiana is facing New York’s normal starting five (Hart instead of Robinson), they’re shooting 61% and 52% from deep. Even throughout the entire playoffs, the Knicks' normal starters have been outscored by 50 points.

Â
Knicks vs. Pacers Best Bet: Andrew Nembhard Over 11.5 Points (-105 At FanDuel Sportsbook)
Again, we appreciate Karl-Anthony Towns and the Knicks finding a way to come through for us in Game 3, we’d like to avoid such a sweat for Game 4. Therefore, this time, we’re going to go back to our bread and butter of our Knicks vs. Pacers predictions - the player prop markets.Â
However, it’s one that you likely wouldn’t have expected, as we’re not targeting the likes of the superstars, such as Jalen Brunson or Tyrese Haliburton. Given the switch-up regarding the Knicks lineup, we’re going to avoid them entirely and instead focus on the Indiana side of the matchup.
While not a household name, we see value with Andrew Nembhard, specifically, with his points prop. He may not steal the headlines, but he’s as consistent as it gets. In each of the first two games of the series, Nembhard had 12+ points, and that’s been the case virtually the entirety of the 2025 playoffs.
In four of five games last round against the Cleveland Cavaliers, he had 10+ points in four of them, and in four of five games in the first round against the Milwaukee Bucks, Nembhard had 15+ points in four of them. It’s all added up to 14 points per game throughout this entire postseason.
That means it also adds up to us making Andrew Nembhard over 11.5 points (-105 at FanDuel Sportsbook) as the best bet from our Knicks vs. Pacers predictions.Â

Knicks vs. Pacers Injury Report & Starting Lineup
As far as Knicks vs. Pacers injury news goes, after it being nonexistent thus far, we have a game-time decision for Indiana's Aaron Nesmith. However, oddsmakers are still providing us with lines for his prop markets, so it seems as though he's still expected to take the court. So, the news remains regarding the Knicks vs. Pacers lineups for tonight. Will we see Josh Hart back in the starting five, or will Thibodeau stick with Mitch Robinson?
Until we see otherwise closer to tip-off, we’ve got Robinson penciled for the expected Knicks vs. Pacers lineups for Game 4, given it helped them get their first series win:
NY Knicks:
- Jalen Brunson
- Mikal Bridges
- OG Anunoby
- Mitch Robinson
- Karl-Anthony Towns
