As the MLB All-Star break rapidly approaches, fantasy baseball players continue to jockey for position via trades and waiver wire adds, all with a second-half surge in mind. But before putting the cart before the horse, these players need to make sure they are finishing the first half of their season just as strong as they expect their second half to start. Maybe even stronger. Studying the incoming rookies is key, but also finding the right components among the waiver wire fodder can be even more important.
