CJ Abrams Dabble Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 1.5 Total Bases (1.1x)

This is a dream matchup for the Nationals because of how many lefties they have and how poor Angels starter Jack Kochanowicz is at getting lefties out. Against Kochanowicz this year, lefties have a .234 ISO, .216 xISO, .393 wOBA, and .371 xwOBA against him. Looking at CJ Abrams, he has a .212 ISO and .372 wOBA against righties this year. Abrams is rolling at the dish right now hitting .341 over his last 10 games and his .307 AVG in June is so far his best mark this season.

 

 

 

Walker Buehler Dabble Fantasy MLB Pick: Less Than 3.5 Pitcher Strikeouts

This is an interesting spot because Walker Buehler hasn’t missed many bats this year as he has just a 19.4% K-rate and NOBODY in the league strikes out less than the Blue Jays against righties. Against right-handed pitching this year, the Blue Jays have a league low, 17.6% strikeout rate. How about over the last four weeks? Has there been any movement there? How about it being even LOWER at 16.3% against righties. I have a hard time believing Buehler misses many bats here.
