2025 Season Recap
Darnell Washington had a limited 2025 season, catching just 31 passes for 364 yards and a single touchdown across 16 games, primarily valued as a blocking tight end in Pittsburgh's offense rather than a featured receiving option.
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Washington is consensus TE38 in a Steelers offense that added significant receiving firepower this offseason with DK Metcalf and Michael Pittman Jr. His role remains primarily as a blocker, which caps his standard-format fantasy relevance. Deep-league streaming option only with minimal weekly ceiling.
