2023 Player Outlook

One of the quirkiest and most loveable running backs in the game put on a touchdown clinic in Detroit last season, finding the end zone 17 times, but Jamaal Williams still only finished as the RB18 in fantasy points per game. You would think that someone with that many touchdowns would have finished higher, but since he was so touchdown dependent, his floor was basement level, with three games in a row of under four points. Williams' role in the Big Easy will likely remain the same as it was in Detroit, acting as the goal line back with little work in between; however, if Alvin Kamara is suspended, that could all change in his favor.
