2022 Player Outlook
There's not much to say about Curtis Samuel's 2021 season, as he only played in five games, but if you look back to his time in Carolina, we can get an idea about his usage in Washington. Head coach Matt Rhule used him as a gadget guy all over the field, and this paid off; Samuel finished 2020 as WR27 with an average of 14.1 fantasy points per game. Expect the same kind of usage in Washington, as Ron Rivera's coaching staff was instrumental in converting Samuel from a running back to wide receiver at Ohio State. If he's healthy, Samuel should provide WR3/flex appeal throughout the 2022 season.
