2026 Fantasy Football Player Profile

2025 Season Recap

Matthew Stafford was the NFL MVP in 2025 and the overall QB1 in fantasy football. He threw for 4,707 yards and 46 touchdowns against just 8 interceptions, tying some of the greatest single-season performances in NFL history. He finished as the overall QB3 in fantasy football, behind Josh Allen and Drake Maye, despite leading the league in passing yards and touchdowns. At 37 years old, the man went out and had the best year of his career.

2026 Fantasy Outlook

Stafford is the consensus QB14 and that is the most obvious value on this entire board. The guy was the fantasy QB3 last season and he is going as the QB14 this year purely because of age concerns. We get it. He turned 38 this offseason. But Puka Nacua and Davante Adams are still there, the Rams' scheme is elite, and even if the touchdown total comes back down to earth in the high 30s, that is still a top-five finish. If he stays healthy, you are getting a proven QB1 producer at a QB2 price. That is the deal of the draft at the position. Take it.
