Bears placed RB Tarik Cohen (torn ACL) on season-ending injured reserve.
Cohen, who had never missed an NFL game in his career to this point, recently signed a three-year, $17.25 million extension with the Bears on September 20. Running backs coach Charles London said the team is planning a "collaborative rushing effort" behind David Montgomery to replace Cohen — an approach that entails both Cordarrelle Patterson and Ryan Nall being heavily involved moving forward. Cohen, 25, should be cleared for Week 1 of the 2021 season. Sep 28 1:35 pm (EST)
