2026 Fantasy Football Player Profile
2025 Season Recap
Derrick Henry did Derrick Henry things again in 2025. He rushed for 1,595 yards and 16 touchdowns on 307 carries, had a ridiculous 216-yard, four-touchdown game against the Packers in Week 17, and continued to climb the all-time rushing leaderboards. He entered the season tenth all-time in rushing yards and kept rising. At 31 years old, he showed absolutely no signs of the decline that typically accelerates for running backs at his age. He is one of the most remarkable physical specimens the sport has ever produced.
2026 Fantasy Outlook
This is genuinely one of the most debated picks in the second round. Henry sits at consensus RB12, turned 32 in January, and just absorbed 307 carries. History is harsh on running backs who carry that kind of workload at his age. The fall when it comes for backs like Henry tends to be sudden and steep. That said, every year we say that about Henry and every year he makes us look foolish. The situation in Baltimore remains excellent and his touchdown production is elite. We are comfortable taking him in the second-round while being honest with ourselves that the age risk is the highest it has ever been.
