The NBA Hall of Fame will push back the enshrinement ceremony for Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, Tamika Catchings, Kevin Garnett and others until spring 2021.
The event was originally scheduled to occur in late August or early October, but board chairman Jerry Colangelo said those dates were "just not feasible." "It's going to have to be the first quarter of next year," he said. "We'll meet in a couple of weeks and look at the options of how and when and where." Colangelo stressed that the Hall-of-Fame classes of 2020 and 2021 will still receive separate events, even though they'll be introduced in the same calendar year. May 28 10:23 am (EST)
