2024 Player Outlook

2023 Recap: Has there ever been a case where a player has gotten as much flack as Lindor got in a season they went 30-30? That’s what Lindor did and experienced last year. The slash line wasn’t great, granted, at .254/.336/.470. However, outside of the average, OBP and SLG were in line with his career-averages. Lindor did put up career-highs in EV, LA, Brl%, and Hard-Hit rate.

2024 Outlook: Lindor will continue to be the centerpiece of the Mets’ offensive attack in 2024, although we may see a dip in some of his numbers. The offense around him certainly isn’t as potent as it was to start 2023 and it’s unlikely to repeat a near-career-year in output. Expect a similar slash line while seeing a drop in counting stats.
