We have four games on Sunday's WNBA slate, and with the exception of Brittney Griner, who probably won't be playing for a while, all of the top forwards are playing. Some of those top players have slightly better matchups than others, but I think you can pretty much play any of them. It's much more important, and difficult, to find cheap plays Sunday. If you find you can't afford Natasha Howard and have to downgrade to someone else, I think you will be perfectly fine.
