While the Fever were busy getting blown out by the New York Liberty on Tuesday night, Wilson’s Aces were demolishing the Dream. In their 15-point win over Atlanta, A’ja Wilson had a double-double with 24 points and 12 rebounds, and the performance was also the 14th of her career with at least 20-10-5.
 

 

 

Indiana Fever: Caitlin Clark Injury Update

That aforementioned win for Las Vegas now has them with a better record (12-11) than the Fever (12-12). Of course, Indiana sitting at .500 is in large part due to Caitlin Clark missing games for the third separate time this season. It’s yet again her groin that is bothering her, and the team has been stringing us along before each game. 

After missing both the 3-Point Contest and WNBA All-Star Game last weekend, they waited until not long before Tuesday’s tip-off to rule her out. We also aren’t too optimistic about her return tonight, as that update included the phrase, “no potential timeline.” Perhaps the team will wait until their rivalry game against Angel Reese on Sunday for a Caitlin Clark return.
