It’s Saturday night and we have a big 12-game NHL slate to work with. This includes four of the six teams who played in last night’s short slate (Chicago, Columbus, Nashville, and Detroit). Even so, the only important things to note with these four teams is the fact that Nashville may be reeling thanks to injuries to Ryan Johansen and Craig Smith, who are two of their two six scoring forwards, and Columbus may be reeling with an awful backup goalie in net.
Keep a close eye on any line changes and goalie confirmations leading up to roster lock. There’s plenty of good resources out there, but nothing will be better than getting the information directly from the beat writers throughout the league.
