If there’s one thing we’re going to have to get used to with DFS NHL, it’s the fact that we’re going to have alternating days of “big slate, small slate, big slate, small slate,” throughout the week.
Tonight, we have one of those big slates with 12 games in play. I get questions all the time regarding how to tackle these big slates. I completely understand because having that many games to work with can be very overwhelming.
The fact of the matter is that there’s no avoiding research. If you want to be a successful DFS player, you’re going to have to put in the time and effort with your research whether it’s a 2 game slate, or a 14 game slate. Yes, what we do at Fantasy Alarm is a very important service because we do not take any shortcuts with my research. I am going to consider every player from the 24 teams in action tonight and eventually narrow them down to nine players in my main lineups.
For you guys, you can take my advice, and roll with it. That’s cool. That’s honestly why this information is here. But like our commercial says, we at Fantasy Alarm are here to make you all better players. Eventually, you will be able to put in your own blood, sweat, and tears and find your own stud or value play. What I promise to you guys is that I will be here to answer all of your questions. Reach me on Twitter @kle18. Reach me via PM on our forums. It doesn’t matter, I’ll be here for you guys.
Before I forget, the teams playing without rest tonight include: Colorado, Pittsburgh, Ottawa, and San Jose. It’s still early in the season, so I don’t put much weight on rest, but this note is important considering that a few of these teams are likely starting their backup goalies. Good luck tonight!
